I’m a sales director at a digital agency, and my targets are pretty high. It’s safe to say without using Clarity Stack I would have no chance of reaching my quota every month.

A fresh pipeline of leads that is hard to beat, I’m so glad I found it.

Been working with Clarity Stack for about a year now, and it's gone really smoothly so far.

I've used all 3 products, and leads has give me the best ROI so far. I've closed at least 5 deals, and my sales team love working with the information they get given.

Would recommend to anyone in my business network (that I don't compete with!)

I own a video studio in the UK and signed up with Clarity Stack in February 2022.

Have loved working with Emma & the team thus far. The sign up process was really quick and easy, and my brief seemed to be understood by the team.

The insights app has given me tenders to apply for, and the leads app has given me hot leads to go after too.

I’ve added approximately £150k’s worth of work to my pipeline, and have closed 3 deals so far.

had a fantastic experience with the team, was explained in full the platform and that the leads will be a bit slower while the marketing happens, not every lead is a winner but I have managed to convert 2 over the last 24 weeks, Emma Darlow is a fantastic help when I have questions, I was sceptical at first but so glad I gave it ago.

I’ve been using Clarity Stack for the sales team for the past 9 months.

I’ve got 5 sales executives in my team, and we sell web design services into the financial services market.

The leads we get have been really strong. We went through the ‘building phase’ where they create campaigns for us, and things started a bit slowly. But, the leads were well worth the wait & we’re now hitting our 15 leads every month.

Absolute cowboys (and girls). They promise quality and quantity and delivered 6 leads over 3 months. Fictitious marketing and promises that deliver nothing in return. I’ve never been so duped in believing they could deliver, their sales pitch is a downright lie. The leads that did come through, 5 didn’t even reply, 1 did and said that they’re also waiting to hear back from other agencies. These leads are meant to be ‘exclusive’. When I cancelled they said they’d honour the rest of the 24 leads that I am due. Not heard a peep. STAY AWAY. All the positive reviews…. if you check the dates of the published reviews of other companies on the same day 🤔. Me eyes are watering thinking about the £3,500 I’ve wasted.

Look at all these negative recent reviews. I feel even worse now to know that I am not the only one that has been scammed with fake leads. They charge a premium for their service so you think they are legit. Have been charged twice and told Emma Darlow the so called "customer success executive" don’t worry about sending me any more leads just refund the amount however all I get is, "we don’t issue refunds". So really no work has been done but no refunds can be given? It seems the leads they get are from business databases because when you contact these people, they all they say never left enquiries anywhere. i suggest you all go onto econsumer and make a complaint there if you are outside of the UK or you can make a complain to correct government bodies in UK. I have done both. I have also told them time and time again to sort this out or I will leave negative reviews and take further action, but I have been ignored time and time again, so here I am.

Edit: I can see your response saying to reach out to my leads and if i need help to reach back out to you guys for some sales help??? lol.. is this a joke?? Nearly 80% say they did not leave an enquiry or don't have any budget at all? I told you guys my customer average spend. And if these were "hot exclusive" leads as you say, when I contact them they would not say they never left an inquiry anywhere. Don't tell me I nee sales help when I have been doing this for over 10 years. Your service was nothing but a scam, pathetic service and bad account management. I would be better off buying leads from India as I have more success rate in the past with those leads than your so called "hot exclusive leads"

Our team has saved so much time by having Clarity Stack provide us qualified leads and RFPs to respond to. We are able to save the time we'd normally spend hunting for leads on actually pitching them. The only problem our team has faced is having enough bandwidth to go after all of the leads in our dashboard. We typically receive anywhere from 2-6 leads per week.

Amateurs. They are good at selling and making promises. Other NB agencies I spoke to told me to take their promises with a pinch of salt, and I did. They are very well priced so it seemed worth a try but it was a complete waste of money. We signed up for 20 leads per month and we got 7 leads in 3 months. None of which were qualified and none of them expected to hear from us despite what that being the service we were sold.
Once I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund they said they do not do refunds but they will honour the outstanding 33 leads.
In three weeks since we have not received a single lead.
I tracked down the CEO on Linkedin to take my complaints directly to him. He was professional and promised to see that we received good leads but we have still not received anything.
My advice is to avoid this agency. They are well priced for what they offer but you don't get anything like what is on offer.

I have been speaking regularly with Claudia who is friendly, professional and offers great advice in how to deal with the leads from the platform.

It does generate leads. It's early days yet so we need to see what success we have with our proposals. It's not going to work for everyone, but nothing does. You need to have time to quickly act on leads, but the Clarity Stack team always want feedback on the leads they have provided so they are helpful and genuine.

@update just a quick follow up, this company will then try and have your review removed as there was no purchase/invoice with them, and so try to push Trustpilot - I imagine this isn't the first time.

Regardless, they are a bunch of spammers - unsolicited emails, no GDPR consideration or CAN-SPAM. No ability to 'unsubscribe'. You're breaking the law.

Genuinely hope this business false flat on its face along with any rotten sole that works there that is responsible for such unethical practices.

This attempt to remove my review has only spurred me on to leave further reviews.

@reply you can try as much as you like with Trustpilot to remove reviews - I don't doubt for one second that you put great efforts into trying to 'hide' your unethically practices, but for each review you try and remove, I'll add another one. You are spammers and should be held accountable.

Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn't allow for any images to be added to reviews. But of the 6 emails I've recently received, not one has any unsubscribe at all, just a copy pasted text, always from a different name but all from "Claritystack", all SPAM, with ZERO compliance to CAN-SPAM act. And no other text in footer, where the 'unsubscribe' options SHOULD be.

We subscribed to the 10 exclusive leads per month on 16 Sep 2021. They immedately took the payment of £1k + VAT with a promise to deliver 10 exclusive leads each month.

3 weeks in to the subcription, upon receivig nothing, I called the account manager and then all of a sudden they sent 9 leads.

We called these leads only to find that most of them were dead, did not ever enquire about the services we offer. One leads said that they had posted their requirement on bark.com from which one of the people from Clarity stack had gotten in touch with, but they'd already allocated that job to someone else 2 weeks ago!!

I raised the above wth Clarity and the Account Manager said, they are good leads and have been verified and there's nothing more she could do about it.

By this time Clarity Stack took the payment for the next month, so I requested to cancel the service and get a refund, which they refused to do. They said however, that they still owe us 1 lead from Sep, and 10 from October and they're working hard on it to get the leads and will soon get them to me.

I have since written to the account manager, the CEO Ben Harper, commented in LinkedIn on their marketng posts (which they promptly deleted) and 6 months later, we're here and still no news from them.

It is sad that businesses like these can get away with taking your money and you can't do anything about it except for writing in places like this!

They happily took my money and promised us 10 leads a month. It has been three months and only 9 leads in. Not only that, these 'exclusive' leads made it clear to me that they were inundated by other agencies, which doesn't sound very exclusive. I want my money back, this service is a joke. We have cancelled and will be speaking with our bank as we did not get the service promised to us.

Thus far as a new customer my Account Manager has been reachable and deals with finding the right prospects for me.

Most of the leads are of value on a higher ratio which means they are doing well for me and my company.

The best thing is, they listen and research who we want to reach out too rather than just sending a bulk of leads from any industry.

Great source of information and great customer service. Having our account manager on hand and tweaking the profile lead to a win. Excited to see what the next few months bring.

I used this site for 3 months and I'm not happy. First of all, they used to be meethugo.com when I signed up. At some point they changed their branding and website.

For a week I would click on their login and be presented with a blank dashboard that said "No leads". I tried to contact support but no one was on chat for several days. When I finally got contacted through email they told me I was clicking on the wrong link. But it's not clear the difference between "leads" and "insights" which they claim. Especially since they started out using "leads". By this time it was too late and my account had expired.

In general however, I don't recommend this site. They scrape government websites to find leads. Most jobs are for larger companies with established samples of "building a site for similar municipality". So unless you are a large companythat doesn't needs leads to begin with this site isn't for you.

BEWARE. This company will assure you that your subscription is only for one quarter, and then take another payment, claiming that they have a "very clear no refund policy".

At the time of signup their software was conveniently "having billing issues" so I had to provide my payment details over the phone. I was sold on the fact that I would only be signed up for one quarter.

Payment issues aside, I have "no leads" in my Clarity Stack Leads account. Meaning they've taken payment and provided no value.

Another thing to be concerned about — even with a cancelled subscription you cannot delete your payment details from their platform. I wonder if they will "reactivate" my subscription next quarter using the stored payment details and take another payment under their "no refund policy"?

It's not just me — check out the other reviews below. The 5 star reviews look curated and paid for. The genuine reviews are the ones complaining about having no leads and recurring subscription issues. Make sure you look at how many other reviews people with 1 star have left; the 5 star reviewers generally have only 1 review or are not domestic.

I wonder why they had to rebrand from Meet Hugo? I'll be flagging this to the NatWest Fraud team.

Great source of tenders specified to qualification criteria

Terrible waste of money. I am still a paying customer sadly as they lock you in and make you pay for 6months upfront so they can 'get to know you! Rubbish. I recently told them I will not be renewing and they have forgotten about me. All it is is a list of RFP's an insight into businesses that have recently got funding, all publically available information you can find out for free easily. The odd bit of intel does come in for a 'real' project, but since they have now created the exclusive leads area that you to pay even MORE for they have completely dried up too. Even before they were scrapped from LinkedIn and they assign a value they think will fit your profile when you contact said contact via LinkedIn you get nothing or find out they only have a tiny budget. I always knew this wasn't going to be a complete new biz strategy but it's £900 down the drain. I would avoid!

I think reviews for this company and the tardy reply below speak volumes about this company. If 50% of my customers gave me bad reviews I don’t think I’d be in business.
