Paid for 10 exclusive leads on the 25th of Nov. Received 3 after constantly pressurising my "customer success manager". Was asked to continue paying to see the full value. I promised to renew my subscription as soon as they delivered the 10 promised leads. Not a single lead in the last 40 days even though I have been assured they are working very hard to deliver the committed leads. From personal experience I can say that they do not give you the leads they promise. Invest your hard earned money in a young and hard working fresher, I guarantee you better results than meet hugo or clarity stack or whatever they will choose to call themselves next month, will deliver.

I highly recommend Meet Hugo who I believe have recently rebranded to Clarity Stack. We’ve been very happy with the service to date, having had regular relevant leads and a client win within the first month. Our dedicated account manager is incredbly responsive. Assuming that we win another couple of projects in the next 7 months we plan to renew the annual subscription.

We've been using Meet Hugo - now Clarity Stack since Late November, in that time we've been able to onboard a new client in New York which has been fantastic.

Our initial goal was a 3/4 month trial and we've worked closely with the team to refine our lead requirements but overall the lead quality has been really good. The conversations with the prospects have been great and its delivered us new business. It's already paying for itself and we are now in a position where we are looking at hiring a New Business Development Manager to deal with all the enquiries we have.

We have reviewed Meet Hugo, Clarity stack is simply Meet Hugo rebranded.

Please be warned.

We are now in our 4th month and still waiting for our 10 leads from our first month to be delivered. We stopped our subscription after month one as it was clear our filters were being ignored and the quality of the few leads that were sent through were very poor indeed.

Things to note. It's a rolling contract, they will tell you it will take a few weeks to get goiong (this comes out of your first months...so you are paying for nothing. They promise to make up leads you don't get (as above 4 months and we still haven't have month 1's leads. If you bring up the topic of a refund:

"Unfortunately, as per our T&C's, we do not have a refund policy. But I can assure you that you are on a priority list and will be getting the owed leads across as soon as possible. "

Sooooo... no actual leads, won't give us our money back.... I'll leave it there.

Saved lots of time compiling opportunities - we had a client win within a few months which justified the subscription.
