Have found all communication to be friendly and efficient and have had no issues at all with the platform or service.

We use Click4Assistance live chat because it's a cost-effective and simple-to-use tool to engage with clients who need our support in a format they understand and feel comfortable to use. It would be impossible any other way to provide the range of coverage we can with live chat. It has become an integral element of our services.
The service of Click4Assistant has been second-to-none! They have been on hand with advice at the drop of a hat and answered our numerous questions with patience and good cheer. This is the first time we have implemented a facility of this kind, but thanks to the support and design team at C4A it was simple, seamless, and easy to get to grips with. Plus, it looks great and we have been able to collaborate it to make the chat and follow-up surveys really easy to manage.

I checked out the various chat offering on the internet and decided on click4assistance because it was British with a UK based support team. They didn't demand a credit card direct debit payment scheme, which can be difficult to cancel. They offer various product plans, the one we selected was the basic plan but was more than adequate for what we required.The software was easy to install and did what we required in terms of functionality. Customer support is there if you need it, but you shouldn't as it is easy to use.

We integrated Click4Assitance into our new website and I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service. No problem was too small and the whole process was hassle free. The helpline are now using the system and we have had good reviews from people using the webchat. All in all, a great company to work alongside.

Awesome product with top A* support and advice. Does exactly what you require a live chat service to do + more. Costing is also very competitive and adaptable to suit your business needs. Very easy to set up and customise, as a customer you are in control especially with admin side of things. Reports are great too, you can see the value chat is having assisting customers online and keeping them there. Cant fault the product and 5 Star service that goes with it.

When we were looking for a live chat provider we researched a lot of them. We came across C4A who gave us everything we needed to start of and allow us to build our online footprint through live chat. They were extremely helpful and responsive and always made us feel welcome. The account manager checks in with us regularly and helps us should there be any barrier.

We recently implemented Live Chat onto our Platform with great success. As an Educational resource many of our users are teachers, who as you’d expect are very busy and often do not find the time to leave the classroom to call us with a question.
Live Chat has allowed those teachers a quick and easy way to communicate directly with our customer service team and allows them to ask any questions that they have. Our team is then able to assist them instantly, meaning more time for teaching.
The implementation process was straightforward, and the guys at Click4Assistance were always on hand to help with any queries that we had.

This Click4Assistance software is very easy to use and navigate around. It did not take very long for us to get our head around the system.The live chat on the website also looks clean and professional. We use the live chat to create a quick and easy way for clients to contact one of our specialists and this does just that. Customer service has been excellent and we have had any questions answered on the same, or next day.

The personal service provided by Click4Assistance is unparalleled in my experience. It was amazing to have a product tailor made for the needs of my business. The immediate response time to answering queries and requests meant there was really no sensible option but to go with Click4Assistance.I cannot recommend them enough.

The software is pretty easy to use with a little bit of practice, and we particularly like the proactive chat feature. So far the service has been consistent and friendly, and the team are happy to offer support when required.
