My dealings with Click4Assistance have made a refreshing change from our current chat solution provider and were a contributory factor in our decision to switch. In particular Jill Stephens has been particularly helpful, running demonstrations for various business stakeholders and getting our questions answered quickly and concisely.
We are now in the process of developing our new connection and are finding the process relatively simple and stress-free.

Easy to use and great alternative mode of comms for customers. Very happy with software and will continue to use.

I have recently signed up with click4assistance for our newly growing website. The service advisors are very friendly & helpful and not pushy of their services at all. They were the ones that pointed out the cookies for my website was blocking my chat button - I would not of known if they hadn't told me, service is second to none very helpful team and a continuous price not increasing.

Customer service is always very helpful. Product is very easy to use and any problems I've had with it have been dealt with straight away. Has worked great on our website so much so that we've added it to our other website as well. Would recommend.

I extensively reviewed the market when I looked at providing web chat for our UK website. Most companies were based in the US though I have always preferred to deal with a UK company when possible.

Click4Assistance invited me to their office and demonstrated a very robust chat software, the price was also very reasonable compared to some competitors. This was enough for me to agree to move forward. They have helped me every step of the way and assisted in configuration and design of our chat. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The service I receive is more indicative of a product that costs many times more. They are always available on the phone (or web chat) and I cannot fault their service. So if you looking for chat within your website.. I suggest you look no further.

Following a successful three week trial of the C4A product we preceded to implement this online customer service channel permanently into our business.

About the product:
The Live Chat platform has integrated really well on our website from implementing some simple code to enabling us to brand the skin appropriately so it’s sits correctly on the website. Our customer service team got the hang of the system after one day as the navigation is self-explanatory therefore ‘training’ was completed in a one hour session.

About the service:
Excellent service from our account manager (Jim), like any business looking to implement something new we had a lot of questions and compliance documentation to get signed off. All queries and requests from various internal departments were accommodated brilliantly and even after going live Jim still follows up to ensure we’re ok with how the product is running.

We're a design agency and we've used Click4Assistance three times now for our clients. Each time they've been helpful and responsive, and the chat service seems to work reliably. We haven't tried any other services but Click4Assistance seem to deliver a service that we can trust, and we're happy with the value for money.

The online chat was extremely easy to implement and Jim Willis was very helpful and informative along the way!

The system is simple to install and easy to customise and use. There are no frills and there are few enhanced features but it does what it is supposed to do well, for a reasonable price. The customer service has been excellent.

The customer service could not be any better they helped myself set up and problems i had along the way and the programme is a asset to our company we are very pleased with it our call and help was handled by Jim Willis so top marks to that guy!

From my initial enquiry to having it on my website the team at Click4Assistance have been both professional and friendly. The purchasing process is very simple as was the integration onto my website. There are a host of options to choose from all with full metrics and reporting in place. Having a feature like this on your website is a must these days and when it's this good and affordable, why wouldn't you.
