Having worked with Click4Assistance over the last five years, their support and guidance has been exceptional. Not only does Jill provide answers to a number of different questions posed by our own clients but also helps in providing assistance in directing us through any changes, allowing us to be self sufficient and confident in managing "chats" within out business expectations.

very helpful in setting up and great customer service

We are quite new to Click4assistance but the help and support we have received so far we cannot fault. The product itself is also easy to use and has helped us open another crucial line of communication to potential customers.

I'm currently in the Click4Assistance trial period for the HE Translations website, and I'm highly impressed so far. The Wordpress plugin installation was flawless, the customisation options of the application are amazing, and the user support is outstanding.

The online chat offered by Click4Assistance ensures that we are able to offer customers another way of communicating with us.

I like that they and all of the data is based in the UK.

The University of Bradford decided to implement a Live Chat solution for the Clearing period (July/August/September) 2014. Following a search of the market and vendor presentations Click4Assistance were chosen based on their easy to implement, cost effective and easy to use solution. The Web Team worked closely with Click4Assistance and implemented the tool in a matter of days with University 'Agents' up and running in no time at all. The support from the team, and Jill in particular, was great - always on hand to answer any querie (however minor or seemingly daft!) and the technical support was also appropriate to the needs of the Web Team.

The tool was used really successfully over the Clearing period with 10 additional agents added for that period, and we now have it running as 'business as usual' for our Course Enquiries team and are planning on rolling it out wider this year.

All in all a really simple to implement, use and roll-out tool with the technical and non-technical support on-hand should it be needed.

Click4assistance has given Sheffield Mutual another way to engage with its clients, not everyone likes to pick up the phone and talk! We have found this system extremely useful, simple to use and very effective. Quick and easy to set up and any teething troubles were dealt with very efficiently. Not only has this helped with customer engagement, but due to the storing and reporting facility has also aided with staff training and development. Certainly a worthwhile addition for your website.

If you're looking for a website chat facility - look no further! I previously used US-based systems and while there was nothing particularly "wrong" with them, I was on the lookout for something more local (and UK based).

The system works well, is easily customisable and their customer service is excellent - I've always dealt with Gemma who is fantastic! I have also noticed an increase in purchases since implementing the chat facility on my site's cart pages.

The service was great, being able to test how it would work for us and our clients before we were committed was really good. Product works well, easy for both us and our clients to engage with.

From the moment we contacted Click4assitance we felt at home. The people were all so helpful and patient with us, from our customer manager to the technical advisor. Nothing was too much trouble and from our experience of the programme so far it is so versitile and can be what you want it to be. You can have as many regular reports as you want with so much data that you can target exactly where you want your prospect to come from. Our experience so far we would certainly recommend click4assitance.
