Beautiful Padlock Necklace, Love it. Thank you.

They purchased a ring which broke, returned it and it took them over a month to get it fixed. Then they returned it and there was damage and the ring looked like it had gone through a lot, was not cleaned

I have been a Clogau lover for many years and i'm proud to own quite a few piece's.
Customer Service (Broughton Shop and Telephone) is amazing, a very old locket had broken, and just had a call, they can fix it at such a fantastic price. this is the second piece of jewelry that they have fixed for me and im absolutly over the moon.

Fantastic customer service. Nearly 2 years after purchasing a necklace the clasp broke and I wasn't sure if it was due to a manufacturing fault. I emailed them and they asked me to send it in. Within 10 days I received a brand new necklace. Great experience and happy with the new item. Thank you very much.

I bought the wrong ring size and gave it as a gift with all the paperwork. Sadly my relative realised it was the wrong size so they used the paperwork to go to Clogau and get it resized. Clogau resolved the issue no questions asked. Couldn't ask for better.

My husband bought me the rose gold Windsor wedding ring as a replacement for my original wedding ring that no longer fits ( Original was old and not Clogau) .... My new ring is absolutely beautiful and a perfect fit .
It arrived within 2 days and was packaged very well , very impressed!

Edit; no they have not responded to single email and I’ve got evidence through their own message system! One is blue and one is white!! Ridiculous.

I no longer want to do Business with them nor pay £112 for earrings from a company with a supposed 2 year guarantee who have 0 customer service.

So I ordered the lotus earrings, I already have the lotus necklace and ring. The earrings arrived and I was so excited but when I open the box 1 is creamy opal and 1 is bright blue opal. They look nothing near, I understand no 2 opals will look the same but they should be similar on an earring set.

Anyway, I’ve emailed customer services 3 times now over 2 weeks and nothing. It’s so disappointing. I genuinely don’t know what to do now as I’m out the money and have faulty earrings

Such a shame as the Cheshire oaks staff are amazing and make everything easy and fun. Unfortunately it’s almost a 2hr drive from my house.

Not impressed with this company at all.
I have come to the conclusion that you are selling expensive trash.
I have bought and have had pieces bought for me over the past 3 or 4 years.
My bracelet broke which you repaired and has broken again, the assistant tells me I may have to pay repair costs.
I have an expensive necklace in which the chain tarnished in weeks which you replaced and agreed it was substandard, this one is now so bad That i can't wear it.
I had a necklace and matching earings bought as a present, the embellishment on the earrings is so thin that it bends when I put them on.
I won't be purchasing any more substandard goods from you. I am disgusted with the quality of the things you sell.

Clogau Welsh Jewellers

Clogau have two sites, their main site & their outlet site which sells items at a reduced amount.
Imagine my surprise today when I found out that you cannot use their Clogau Gift Cards on the outlet site. Why? … I don’t know!
The Clogau Gift Cards are purchased at the full amount & not at a reduced price therefore they should be redeemable on ANY genuine Clogau site or store.
To be honest I think it’s shameful that this family owned business, will only allow these to be used on full priced items. This was pointed out to me today & is written in tiny wording on the back of the card.
The Clogau main site no longer sells the charms for their bracelet, which I bought in all good faith. I can now only purchase these from their outlet site and so I think it is extremely underhand & quite frankly, unprofessional not allowing their Gift Cards to be used for this purpose They are the equivalent to money after all!
Apparently there is no time limit on the Gift Cards but this is of little consequence when I have a charm bracelet with no charms. I can of course purchase the charms using a credit card! Disgraceful!

I recently purchased a beautiful necklace at the Carmarthen branch, The advisor was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the products, we will definitely be going back. Thank you Emily

Seeing all these good reviews but my gold ring that cost £550 seemed to scratch so easily without me noticing in this first 24 hours of buying it…. Can’t say I’m impressed with the quality at all. Gutted.

Absolutely delighted with repair to my Tree of Life ring. Customer service is second to non with keeping me updated. Couldn't be more pleased with the result and I now have my beautiful and very special ring back where it belongs. Huge thankyou to all at Clogau!

I recently went to the Clogau shop in Wrexham and was looked after by a lovely young lady named Mia. My husband wanted to buy me a ring and Mia looked after us in a caring and yet professional way. Very impressed.

I am having to get Police, Ombudsman and credit card company involved as they have stolen my money and broken the law.
I’ve sent 15 EMAILS since I was legally due my refund.
They’ve been replying for weeks saying their accounts department is ‘looking into it’ but no refund ever comes.
****READ REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES - THEY PULL THIS STUNT ALL THE TIME***
They are breaking the law by not providing refund within the legal timeframe.
I am STILL sitting here today without my refund.
PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Great customer service. Had a small problem with a product. Returned the product and replacement delivered quickly with no quibbles. Very responsive and helpful. Impressed.

Went into the Wrexham Clogau branch today. My husband wanted to buy me a Annwyl Clogau ring. We were served by Mia and another assistant. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Mia is a lovely young lady who really impressed us with her care and attention to detail. Many Thanks.

This review relates to an experience I’ve had in Clogau Chester and not the jewellery itself.
I went in the store (first and last time ever in one of their stores) in my gym gear, after a yoga session, looking for a bracelet for a friend.
Both shop assistants looked me up and down and immediately made me feel unwelcome. I told them what I was after, so the man showed me a bangle after explaining to me that all of their jewellery tells a story. I said it was too wide and I was after something more delicate. He repeated that all of their jewellery tells a story. I said I understood, but it’s just too wide for me and if that’s all they’ve got, then it’s not a problem. He again, repeated that it has to be wide because it has to tell a story, whilst again looking me up and down as if I didn’t belong there. I pointed out that jewellery doesn’t have to be huge to tell a story, to which he said that all of their jewellery tells a story…
If that’s all the training the shop assistants get, perhaps the training should be reviewed; alongside with training that tells them not to judge potential customers on their looks and try to be a bit more helpful and less stuck up. They’re not exactly Boodles…

5 years ago I ordered a few pieces from clogau, which I returned them all as none suited me or were too large. They were returned the same day they arrived and were delivered back to them the next day and I was refunded.

I recently placed an order on their outlet site for £968. They took my money out of my bank then nothing. After 5 days I emailed them, then called them to be told there is an error and they would get back to me. They didn’t. I then sent another email, no reply from them. I then called them again, to be told they would get back to me.
They then sent me an email saying that as I have returned items to them in the past, I am classed as a suspicious person and it is fraud like behaviour! Yet they are the ones that have taken £968 out of my bank and are happy to keep it, I think they are the ones who are fraudulent.
I still haven’t got my money back from them.

Regarding your reply, I still haven’t received my refund. There is nothing fraudulent in returning items that don’t suit. Please process my refund.

Update. I’ve now had to open up a PayPal claim to get my money back from this company, which is absolutely disgraceful.
