Really impressed with the range of automatic coffee machines available, plus the helpful product information that made comparing features much easier before purchasing online.

Coffee Beanery had one of the better selections of espresso machines I found online, especially for home setups and office use. I also likes being able to add beans and accessories together in one order.

Everything arrived properly packed, worked exactly as expected, and has made daily coffee preparation far more enjoyable.

Picked up beans and accessories together, and the quality felt much better compared with previous online coffee purchases I've made from other Australian retailers before.

The espresso blend I purchased produced a rich flavour with excellent crema, and the grinder settings made it simple to dial in properly at home.

This is a scam-please avoid. Refusing to refund me by using chargeback excuse, which is not permitted after a month, but this is after stalling me by saying the product is on back order. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I have reported to govt agencies etc etc. I believe other positive reviews are fake and posted by the company and I have alerted TrustPilot to this.

I’ve made multiples attempts for them to refund a bar fridge I purchased in November which has never been delivered. I spoke to them over the phone and they confirmed they had the product in stock and convinced me to pay via bank transfer for a discount prior to the purchase. After multiple follow ups over many months, sent in endless loops saying my emails would be ‘passed onto accounts’ I engaged with Fair Trading NSW.
They had advised that there was an issue with their bank account and they would refund once sorted, however they have stopped responding now to Fair Trading.

Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a bar fridge after they called and offered to remove delivery and discounted the price. They then took a long time to deliver. When I contacted them to obtain an ETA, no response via phone or email.

Only when I contacted my bank to commence a charge back did I get an email. They then claimed they had refunded my money and showed me a fake invoice detailing it had been refunded. Each time I responded to advise the funds hadn't arrived, they told me to check with my bank.

Still waiting to get my money back...

I've ordered a couple of times now and the quality has been consistently good. The coffee tastes fresh, smooth and full of flavour without being too strong.

BUYER BEWARE!! I do not recommend any purchase from this company, they are dishonest. All the negative reviews are likely to be true given my experience. They will take your order and money online, provide fake or fraudulent delivery confirmation and the goods will most likely never arrive despite being informed via email it is always only another 2 weeks away. In frustration when I requested a refund I was advised that their Credit Card Gateway has changed, they no longer had access to that dashboard and they were unable to process a refund, but advised me to arrange a charge back with my own bank. My bank advised that this was not a legitimate reason to refuse a refund of funds. They are very professional scammers. WARNING! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE WITH ANY ONLINE COMPANY LIKE THIS BEFORE COMMITTING TO PURCHASE!

Another person who should have read these reviews, but didn't and has been scammed. Ordered a bar fridge and for over 2 months was told it was coming, but delayed. Gave up and asked for a refund and was told their payment gateway has changed so they couldn't do it, I had to get my bank to fight for it. How the NSW government lets this company operate when they themselves know they are scammers.
