Excellent service from Anna Taylor and her assistant Kristina Gonzalez who did the conveyancing on our property sale and purchase of another one. Prompt response to questions and kept us informed regularly of any updates. Anna and Kristina were very polite and professional in their dealings with us and we could not have asked for any more. I have used Cole’s Miller 3 times in total now. Most recently throughout the buying/selling of our houses, which was so easy, despite the time frame being very short! Ruth was fantastic, she was there to advise us about every detail- good, solid, honest advice. I recently dealt with Coles Miller's Poole office in relation to the preparation of my Will. Although I found face-to-face contact was good and professional, email communication was somewhat slow and unreliable. Some attention to detail was also lacking - I asked (via email) for an error in the draft will to be corrected on two occasions and when I visited the office to sign the Will, found that the error had still not been corrected. I had previously used Coles Miller for conveyancing and to draft an earlier Will, when the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the service was rather disappointing this time.

Ruth and her team (Connor & Jacob) were excellent to deal with during my recent house move. Prompt to deal with things and no hesitation in recommending them.
