We were fortunate to find Anna Taylor who was beyond outstanding. Super efficient, kind thoughtful and caring. Extremely thorough in her research. Unfortunately she had to deal with a couple of less competent people in our house chain. 100%percent recommend this delightful lady and thank her enormously.

My husband and I chose Coles Miller to act as our solicitor for our first home purchase. I was incredibly nervous due to having challenges with our credit rating and it's been a long road to get to a stage in which we could buy our own property. I'm so glad we chose Coles Miller as our solicitor, Katie, was so reassuring and took away all my anxieties. Her communication was very thorough and professional and I never felt like I didn't have all of my questions answered. Katie also provided really helpful advice to us complete novices to home buying and the whole process went though perfectly smoothly. We're now in our lovely new home and are extremely grateful to Katie for helping us get there.

What can I say? Except that Coles Miller have been absolutely exceptional their service has been so professional. They are very quick to respond to emails, phone calls. They also deal with everything in a very timely manner Lianne who we were dealing with was just absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with everything we needed. The whole team are just amazing.

Apauling customer service attitude, I initially sent an enquiry as they advertise the services I required. I actually got through to signing paperwork on engaging them . From that point the solicitors attitude was shocking. Dare I the customer expect an email not answered one day and my follow up next day not answered to be asking to much ?
I was bluntly told they were working on the previous two days emails so I was asking a bit much in demanding ? Same day answer . The ridiculous thing was I only wanted to bring paperwork and required id in lol god help you with this company !

Booked an appointment with a solicitor at Coles Miller at Wimborne in October 2025 and we were seen by Julie Morgan. I dealt with the firm in two simultaneous capacities: both as a leaseholder extending the lease for my own property, and as a Director (now resigned) of the freeholder. Their work in securing 999-year lease extensions for a large residential complex, encompassing over 370 potential properties in the North East, was truly exceptional. The team demonstrated an exemplary commitment to this demanding project, consistently going the extra mile and showing enormous patience when responding to numerous detailed enquiries from residents. This was especially commendable given the sheer scale of the administrative task, with approximately 140 leasehold properties simultaneously proceeding with their extensions.
