Ordering was easy. I even had to call and change the colour as I’d made an error and that was dealt with no bother. Glass was top quality, looks impressive in my kitchen and was delivered & packaged well. Would recommend.

We needed two clear pieces of splashback glass, one of which needed to be cut at an irregular tapered angle. Both needed holes in them.
We were given a very competitive quote with an illustration of how it would look. We made one change and the drawing was updated. Both the Sales and Technical Team were extremely helpful and quick to respond. The glass came well packages. We are very pleased with the product, which has now been installed. Took one star off only because the screws were accidently missing.

I discovered colour 2 glass splashbacks on line when having a new kitchen. I was really impressed with the wide choice of designs. Ordering was easy and delivery prompt. Prices were great for the quality you get.We loved the cooker splashback we'd had and ordered another for behind the sink area. Customer services were extremely helpful with sorting the larger size and same design.
Delivery was prompt and yet again we love it. They are commented on by any visitors we have and it makes a real statement to our new kitchen.

Great communication with the company who made it, who made sure I was aware of the progress and checked that I was happy with the image. The delivery was quick and it was well-packaged. The final product was exactly as I expected and I absolutely love it. It has transformed my kitchen. I was also very happy with the price.

Received exactly what I ordered. Very satisfied with the product. Attached the glass splashback with screws as advised rather than glue. Glad I was persuaded fix with screws rather than glue due to it being clear glass.

The best customer service. I got 3 custom sizes glass splashbacks, I put the size wrong and they modified for me without charging me for the difference. The splashbacks took about 10-15 working days to arrive. I use one as a regular splash back, and 2 as protection under coffee machine and air fryer also used to rest hot dishes. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a white glass kitchen splashback, and unfortunately, it developed a defect. An air bubble has formed between the glass and the white backing film. It started small but has continued to grow over time and is now clearly visible. This appears to be a fault with the backing/lamination.

I contacted the company about the issue after six months, and they responded by saying they could send a replacement—but I would have to pay an additional £60. This is completely unacceptable, as I already spent £97 on a defective product.

Under UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Products like a kitchen splashback are expected to last a reasonable length of time — typically several years, not just six months. A defect like delamination is clearly a manufacturing fault, and the seller is legally responsible for providing a full repair or replacement at no extra cost.

The combination of a defective product, poor communication, and the attempt to pass costs onto me has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
