I ordered a 6-foot bean bag and an ottoman for our lakehouse. I like the color and size. The only reason I would giving a 4 rating is that I thought the bag would be a bit more "stiff"...you sink in more than I anticipated. But it is a great product.

I ordered a 7ft bean bag on Tuesday of last week with the quick ship option for $19 extra dollars. They didn't even put it in processing all that week or have a tracking number for me until the next Monday! Over a weeks worth of time.. Now it says it will be here this Thursday. The websit says 1-4 days with quick ship.. that was a lie..
Update: Problem corrected, Brad called explained everything to me, honest mistake was upset because I didn't have an ETA on arrival. Other than that, very satisfied, customer service ia awesome Brad is the MVP.

The product is great, we all love it. But there was very little communication about order and shipping status. No emails or other updates, so had to keep checking the website.

Arrives quickly!

Our purchase came on time and was in good condition. Set up was a breeze. We are waiting now for the foam to completely expand. We purchased the Faux leather and was surprised by the quality of the fabric very nice. Oh and very comfortable.

These sacks are very comfy although you do have to continuously flip and shape it back up after just about each use as it doesn’t hold its full body really well. We chose the corduroy which is of good quality and soft. My big thing about it is the size. We ordered the 7.5ft lounger. It’s quite a stretch to say you have all this room on it! Part of the measurement are the ends that crown out which is not at all part of 7.5ft you can utilize. The picture of two full size adults on it....? No way, not realistic what so ever. Teenager has it in room and enjoys it by herself. So it’s a fair purchase for its price (a part from sizing), but I wish I knew how it truly compared to higher priced ones.

The comfy sac has been one of the best purchases we have made for our home. Due to covid we haven't been able to fully "use" our comfysac in a party environment, but we're looking forward to it! The tank video is what sold us, but the product as well as the customer service is what made us leave a review. We're excited to see all the service this sac gets ;)

The customer service was very quick & courteous. We received our comfy sacks with less filling than expected and once we reached out to the company we received additional stuffing at no charge. The covers are soft and well constructed.

[ORIGINAL RATING 2/25/21: 3 STARS] We ordered 3 different bags. One 3ft, one 4ft, one 7ft. The 3- & 4-ft models are good on stuffing, but the the 7-ft sack doesn't. Even with a child laying on it instead of an adult, and after "fluffing up" the bag, it still goes flat. We did a lot to "air-out" the sacks when they arrived, and we have now waited the recommended 5 days but the problem persists.

ComfySacks responded quickly regarding my issue and is already shipping out additional foam fill for my 7-ft sack. When I sent them a picture of it they said "oh, yeah, that's definitely under-filled" and got right on it. Excellent customer service and I couldn't be happier! This is how customer service should be everywhere.

We love our Comfy Sacks. Who doesn’t love laying on a giant pillow that hugs you back? I didn’t want traditional furniture in the game room. Our chair and couch are now giant bean bags and are great for lounging on to watch movies. The fabric and color selections are great. The best part is I can order new covers if I want to change color schemes.

Just the perfect fit for a cozy reading nook !

Our 20 and 14-year-old daughters LOVE the 5' furry comfy sack so much that they are either fighting over it or both cuddled up together on it.

I bought the wrong size cover for my bag and they exchanged it so quickly and with no questions asked!! The cover is great quality and I’m very happy with my experience!
