My son loves it and is his new favorite place to sit, but it does not at all look like the picture and is not close to being as full as I was hoping it would get. I ordered more foam and that did the trick. Quite frankly, it needs to come with extra foam. The five stars is for their customer service. Super great customer service. I called about ordering additional foam, no hold time, a PERSON answered the phone, very helpful and friendly. Also was emailing with a customer service rep who was VERY prompt with respones and very helpful. The best customer service.

my order is lost nobody can find it but Brad a manager reached out and assured me they will partner with shipping company to locates my purchase or resend. Thank you awesome above and beyond customer service. Now to find and receive my purchase in a timely manner

I ordered the wrong color Comfy Sack and it was very easy to change.

Our 6 foot comfy chair came quickly. It looks great. We then decided it would be better with a bit more fill. Janice was very kind and quick to respond and get more fill sent out to us. Thank you Janice!

Website and delivery were easy and on time. I love the feel of the cover purchased but even after giving it days to fluff, it's not as fluffy as I'd hoped. Maybe buying additional fluff will help.
Edit: Customer service was amazing and quick to get some additional fill sent to me! I think that will make all the difference!

They took care of everything. Online order, super fast shipping, it was at the door in two days. Order was missing the cover, I called and the cover was shipped out and had it in two days. I waited a week or so and wanted extra stuffing. Quick e-mail and in two day extra stuffing arrived at no charge. Nice to see a company that does not make excuses and just make things right.

Quick secure shipping. Durable product. Kids absolutely love this in the living room.

Love my 7ft comfy sac….. it was a lot bigger then I expected. I’ll probably let my daughter put it in her room and buy a smaller one for me to lounge in, in my living room!!

Ordering was easy and straight forward. Decent pricing and quick shipping.

Order received in a timely manner, undamaged, dry and intact.

Opening and assembly was fairly easy and the product looks good and the covers feel nice, comfy and cozy.

My only issue is it’s not full enough. I’ll likely have to purchase more filler, perhaps some bean bag filler in with the shredded foam? It’s been several days and the sac and ottoman look lost in their covers. Very loose, very baggy fit and they take a long time to recover after being compressed. I have to toss and roll them around after each use (before going to bed) to fluff them back up.

I almost bought a LoveSac, before looking at ComfySac and ChillSac. I do wish I could have had a side-by-side of all three to really compare as they all look and sound good online, however actual use is the best test of which is better.

Edit: I am bumping this review up to three stars from one star. While the product that was shipped to us was not anything like it is advertised on the website, our dealings with customer service were very good. They were prompt in replying to all emails, courteous, and gave us a full refund on our product including the return shipping.

This product is incredibly uncomfortable and not anything like the website leads you to believe. Instead of using the premium furniture grade foam it claims to use, it uses the "scrap foam and whatever they can get" that it claims it's competitors use. After opening the lining we found pieces of all random sizes and types, some even huge and plastic coated on one or more sides, making it very uncomfortable to lay on. You can even buy their foam on the website, and the picture of the shredded foam looks absolutely nothing like what is in their product. Going to be fighting for a full refund and all shipping with this company, or if they won't cooperate, going to the attorney general and filing a credit card dispute.

I received my sack on time. It does have a weird smell but it is quickly going away. I’ve had it for 3 days and it has gotten so much bigger every time I flip it. It seems like it could still use more filler but time will tell. I hope there are more cover options for the 7ft sack in the future. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase!

It took a out a week and a half to get here maybe two weeks but it was so very worth it it’s my second day having it and it’s amazing I do t wanna get up it’s like I’m laying on a cloud and it’s very big can fit 3-4 adults and a great deal(edit so I have had it for a couple months now and it’s gets flattened pretty easy I would recommend buying more foam for it

My dogs ate the zipper after 1 month lol so I ordered a new cover and pillow for it.

I love my 6 foot bean bag sack it's so comfortable and cozy that is where my children sit at during family dinners and the set up is easy took me 5 mins
