I have never used such an incompetent company before! I definitely would NOT recommend, the man on the phone was extremely rude. It’s supposed to be “meet and greet “ on our departure from Stansted we were asked to call this company half before our arrival to the airport and when we got there we then had to wait half an hour for someone to meet and greet us, I paid roughly £70 for this service and then I had to pay £13 on top of that for the parking and was on arrival AND departure!! When I booked this service I had pre arranged for our car to be with us on arrival at Stansted Airport at 2pm but was also told to call half an hour (which I did, my car was arrived back to me at 2.45pm at a car park that was about a mile walk away from the airport with luggage in tow!! I have never experienced such disgusting service before and I will never use them again!!!!

Includes non approved suppliers without an onsite presence and that charge you for the short stay parking for drop off and pick up.

Forgot to read the details on the drop off point at T2 Heathrow and had to pay twice £8.00 to reach level 4. Dropped car off ok. And continued for 5 days away. After 2 days the Mercedes app stated the car was moved and I googled the location and it was a normal street 15 minutes away, then a day later the car moved again to another street, certainly not secure parking. Called with 15 minutes to go when landed and went to T2 lvl 4. 20 minutes had past and checked app and car not moved, called again and was told sorry sent driver to wrong compound! Out and out lie. Car arrived in 45 minutes and I checked car quickly and drove home. Noticed 4 days later when hand washing the car it had a front bumper scratch and 3 small dents on the passenger door. Cannot prove anything but it is my opinion it happened in the time with these cowboys. Avoid like the plague!

If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst bunch of cowboys I have EVER dealt with - do NOT trust the fake Trustpilot reviews on their website! New Farm Park are an illegal car park that were served with a notice to close by Essex County Council in 2025. Because they are appealing it they can somehow continue to operate it in the interim - and have massively expanded. They trash customer cars, joyride them through Elsenham at speed and don't respond to complaints. They were recently the subject of a BBC investigation into airport parking scams. They absolutely destroyed my elderly father's car - it had to be scrapped at great expense. This car park is nowhere near the airport either so we almost missed our flights (once you're there, you have to wait forever for really infrequent and very dodgy so-called "shuttles" that oh - they charge you extra for!). They don't even drop you off at the airport but by the Radisson Blu Hotel. We waited forever in the cold to be picked up after our flights only to find our car completely trashed in a totally different part of the field (to call it a car park would be generous). DO NOT TRUST THESE ABSOLUTE COWBOYS! This is a massive SCAM!

The Luton meet and greet didn't make it clear that we have to pay £7 drop off and £7 pick up plus it's non refundable

I am absolutely appalled at the service we have received through this company for our holiday. The service recieved on outward journey was not what we book. And the service on our return was nothing short of appalling.

We booked the meet and greet service from Stansted for our flight to paphos. We chose the meet and greet due to travelling with 2 young children and my 83 year old grandad. We called 30 minutes before arrival as requested, to which we were told to go to the orange car park. We then arrived at the orange car park for it to be closed. So I rang back and was told ‘yeah go to green instead’. This entailed a 7/8 minute walk up ramps which was extremely difficult for my granddad and not the ‘meet and greet’ service which they have advertised that we booked.

Upon our return this evening we once again did as requested, we arrived and reclaimed our baggage and then called, on this call we were told our cars were once again in the green car park - not the meet and greet service we booked - and that someone would be there in 30 minutes with our keys.
No one arrived with our keys, so we called again, to this time be told they were on the wheel arches of our cars, so please explain to me why we were again given the wrong instructions by the team on the phone?
Once we managed to get the tickets out of the cars to pay the £13 we got to the machines, one ticket wouldn’t work at all, and the other had a charge of £21 because our car had been delivered earlier than our call, and then we’d waited around for 30 minutes for someone to arrive with our keys that’s never showed!
I called the arrivals number from the email as we needed assistance and couldn’t get out of the car park without paying for the ticket that wasn’t working. During this call I was just repeatedly told by the very unhelpful person to just use another barrier. When I asked him to explain what he meant he just repeated you can pay for the ticket at another barrier. We had tried it on all 3 ticket machines with no luck. I was then told he didn’t know why the ticket wasn’t working and to contact customer services for help before they hung up.

To say I’m highly disappointed in the service provided is an understatement and I would definitely warn people against using this service in future as I would honestly hate for anyone else’s holiday to end the way ours has this evening.
The stress caused has been extremely unnecessary and could have been avoided if staff had been able to communicate clearly and affectively.

I have emailed the company for clarification on why their staff can’t give the correct instructions and why they don’t provide the meet and greet service they advertise and look forward to seeing their response.

DO NOT USE this is a fake comparison site that is linked with the illegal and unlicensed parking operation at New Farm Elsenham/Stansted - subject to a recent BBC expose. Rude, aggressive, lawless. They totalled my car but don't answer calls. Worst service I've ever experienced.

Home farm livery - Bristol park and ride. Absolutely awful. Don’t use. What a rip off and a very long wait. You get charged for the gate fare in and out per booking and it’s not a personal service so on top of the price you originally pay you also have to pay £17

Booked and paid for parking for £70 through the website. When I got to the car park they demanded a further £20 for airport transfers. It was advertised as cheap stansted airport parking, turns out it’s new farm car park which is under enforcement. The extra charges are illegal, but powerless to refuse when we have no alternative and a flight to catch. Saved no money than just going direct to the airports own parking with the extra £20 charge. And to top it off the if you have the actual name of the car park they’ve been excavating their car park over a gaspipline. Ultimately you’re advertising what is an illegal operation and you’re party to their illegal extra charges and morally bankrupt practises

Be careful when using this parking company.

I parked my car there in March when I was flying abroad. While I was already on the shuttle bus, the driver reversed and damaged my parked car without paying proper attention or taking due care.

It is now the end of July, and I am still dealing with this situation. The parking company is claiming that I reversed my car and hit their shuttle bus, which is completely ridiculous because I was on the shuttle bus at the time of the incident.

Despite repeated requests from both me and my insurance company, they have failed to provide any CCTV footage from the parking area. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how they handle customer incidents.

Fortunately, I have photographs taken immediately after the accident, the driver’s details, and other supporting evidence. I hope my insurance company will be able to resolve the matter properly and hold the responsible party accountable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR SPECIAL NEEDS STAY AWAY!! I would give a Zero rating if I could. We’ve used this parking twice, second time accidently as we had just as bad an experience first time. They do not arrive with your car until HOURS LATER!!!. They LIE constantly that the car is on the way, while we have a tracker so for an hour we could see the car hadn’t even been started. They then CUT/ CANCEL your calls and stop taking your calls. They are rude and ABUSIVE. THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY in the UK, unprofessionals who can’t speak English properly. A disgrace for the UK!! All Airports should BAN THEM!

40 min lates from when I arrived, despite calling 30 mins before arrival - and then when they did arrive to collect the car, no apology after countless phone calls > on return, car didn’t get delivered until and hour after my phone call

Easy booking system and a cost effective option for us.

I made numerous attempts via multiple methods to contact them about the booking and amend it over a period of several days, and received absolutely no response. Additional charges beyond the payment made at time of booking were necessary (not including the amendment which I have been unable to make at all), these were inadequately signposted at best.

The website is good at doing comparisons, however they don’t properly vet the car parks they show. I signed up for meet and greet parking through this site and then got landed with additional fees adding another 30% to the original charge. These were not communicated transparently at any point during the transaction.
When I raised this with customer service, they were dismissive, saying that I should have navigated to another part of the website to read that. There was nothing at all to point me in that direction. I have since raised a dispute with my bank and with trading standards. They need to step up and hold the car park businesses accountable for transparent charges before people make their payment. If I had been informed of the additional charges, I’d have opted for a different car park. Now I’m going to have to pay double in the hope of getting a refund through my bank for the unscrupulous car park. Afterall, if I can’t trust them to be transparent about charges, I can’t trust them to look after my car.

By charging £10 each way on your bus transport you are no cheaper than park and ride at the airport

I booked parking and found that my partner had already done so , so needing to cancel, i chattedon line within 15 mins of booking and wsscharged£ 9.95 admin fee and will have to wait 7 days to get the money back the money they instantly took money gor nothing wont be using again im afraid.
