I can't log in to the website so I had to checkout as guest. (Yes, I have reset my password.)

The payment process was quite slow
The payment process was quite slow. My credit card was declined several times, so I ended up paying with Amazon Pay. The charge went through and appears in my Amazon Pay account, but the order never showed up on your website.
I had to cancel the Amazon Pay transaction and place the order again on your website, which only worked after I used a different credit card.

I tried three times on one day
I tried three times on one day. Payment would not process. Called the company, left a message and go no return call. Called the next morning, left another message, no call back. Eventually tried the website again and it worked. Same card, same information.

Products are great but Website is…
Products are great but Website is terrible. I keep getting kicked out. When I try to sign back in, my password doesn't work. I keep having to reset my password. And I keep resetting it to the same password. So, there is something wrong with the site, not me. Also, I save custom signs but get a 404 error when I want to order more of the same signs. I have to create new ones every time.

website update suggestion
I recently ordered a custom sign on the website and some premade signs. I failed the first couple times to process the orders. Your site allowed me to submit a request for a quote, but I was not getting any reply with two tries.
I think what I was doing wrong was I had not set up an account yet (username and password) because once I did that, everything worked fine.
My suggestion is some kind of redo of your website that emphasizes to the customer that .. you must set up an online account before making an order.. Because currently the site allows you to think you have submitted an order, but it is not going through.
