The service is awful. I likely will not use you EVER again.
At this point, if you are unable to provide the product, cancel the order and refund he money.
0 stars wasn't an option, so I gave you 1 star.

Hi Alec,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern caused by the lack of communication regarding your order.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that your order was placed on May 28 and shipped on May 30. While the shipment is already in transit, we understand that not receiving an invoice or a promised callback from our customer service team has been disappointing, and we apologize for that experience.
Please note that your invoice will be emailed to you separately. If you have not received it within the next business day, please contact us so we can ensure it is sent promptly.
We value your business and regret that your experience has not met expectations. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

I was buying some "704" safety placards for my shop. The website offered the ability to customize the signs by putting the appropriate number in each quadrant. When I clicked to customize the placards, I was able to put the appropriate number in each quadrant but then I could not take the finished/customized product to my cart. I had to return to the original page and call your customer service number. The woman who assisted gave me a unique sku with the appropriate numbers I need for my shop. So she was great, but the website was a dead end.

I paid through Amazon
I paid through Amazon. I got charged twice. Got an email that the order was cancelled and payment to be refunded. It said to reorder, but I chose to wait and see what happened. Now I get an email telling me that the order is in transit.......a bit confusing, not knowing what to do. I'm glad that I didn't reorder because then I would have two signs. Now, I will wait for the refunded payment to my credit card.

Ease of Use
Although I couldn't find what I needed at first, I called the Help Line and the Associate told me what to write in the Search Engine and Bingo what I wanted was a stock item and I didn't have to go the custom sign route.
