This is the second time I have used James and his team. I was so happy with the service and communication I recieved from James and his team, I had no hesitation in booking them again when I moved house to do more work for me.
From start to finish , nothing was too much bother and the end results of their work, on both ocassions, was outstanding .
I would have no hesitation in using them again and highly recommend their services.

I had 3 Windows, 2 x Porch windows and a new Rock door installed by Composite Door Sales. I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish the job was flawless and the overall finish was fantastic.
My property is situated on a busy main road, James advised we upgrade to acoustic glass to reduce road noise and this was a fantastic decision. I went from triple glazed to acoustic and the road noise is now unnoticeable.
From measuring to fitting the whole process was smooth and well informed along the way.
The fitters worked extremely clean and went as far to cover my newly laid carpets with a film to avoid footprints. BIG PLUS for me.
I will be having Composite Door Sales back when i come to renewing the rear property windows next year.
These Guys come highly recommended, I don't usually leave reviews however on this occasion I feel it was deserved. FIVE STARS from me.

We initially bought our Rockdoor supply only as part of a wider extension. Easy and efficient.
Subsequently, a couple of years on the door bowed and James went out of his way to help despite only ever having supplied the door. His fitters are fab too! The type of company you want to deal with.

This company came across as great initially, speedy replies to my emails questions answered, so I booked them in to come out to my property to have all my windows and doors measured, this is where it all starts going downhill.
Waited for the surveyor and no one turns up and no message or call, so I had to reach out only to find out that James hadn’t even booked me in!
So then he advised he will try and get the surveyor out asap, so we agreed to Saturday 2-3, no one turns up, so again chasing James, but he’s too busy so passed me the surveyors number and eventually the surveyor came later that afternoon.
Spent around 1.5hours to take all measurements etc. the surveyor advised that I should receive a quote by around Tuesday, but I didn’t so, I contacted James and asked when I would receive the quote, said by then end of the week, end of the week came and nothing, so chased again and james said he will try getting something over as the surveyor goes away on Monday.
Spoke to the surveyor, he said that he had priced up and he will send this over on Saturday, didn’t hear anything, so chased again to be told Sunday, then on Sunday I was told Monday, come Monday, can’t get through to surveyor, James also doesn’t answer his calls, text or email.
Now on Tuesday he sends a ridiculous email to say that he is not capable to meet my demands and unable to help me! Wasted a lot of my time! My request (not demand) was for aluminium, pvc and a porch, if you are not able to do this, why did you not say instead of making me chase and wait around?
I wasn’t unsure, I was going to decide after you had quoted me which material to go for.

This is just the quote stage, imagine I had the work done by them and something went wrong, I probably would never hear from them again!
Always some excuse with this company, I highly recommend you avoid such a company.

I am really pleased with the friendly and efficient response we received when we damaged a key and needed a replacement lock.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. This company ticked all the boxes throughout the journey.
A special mention to the fitter who was punctual, friendly and above all very professional.

A totally seamless process from start to finish, thanks to Ursula in the office who made it easy to order and to help me see the door chosen in a virtual pictures. Door was fitted right on time and a fabulous result. Great product and fitted perfectly. Thanks to all from Composite Door Sales for making my new door 'happen'!

I'm really happy with the look and fit of my new door. I'd gotten so used to a draft that I forgot that doors were supposed to fit neatly! Thanks to Peter for the fitting and CDC.

Contacted CDS as wanted new windows,patio door and front door.Spoke with Ursula who promptly arranged for Damien to come and discuss our options.Damien came in the evening to suit us;he measured all the windows and doors and we agreed on style and design.We promptly received a quote which we were happy with,very efficient service from Damien.A couple of days later James came to confirm all the details and our windows and doors were then ordered.Once everything arrived CDS contacted us to arrange a date for fitting,again to suit us.The fitters Ronnie and Russ were excellent,very tidy in their work and did a great job.Very happy with our new windows and Rockdoor,all looks lovely.Thanks to all at CDS for great service and making my house look great.

Brilliant customer service! We couldn’t close our front door suddenly this morning and within half an hour James had sent an engineer, who fixed the problem immediately (we’re blaming the kids for slamming the door repeatedly to cause the issue, nothing to do with the quality of the door or the original fitting). A fantastic company with very helpful people! Highly recommended.

We have recently had a lovely door supplied and fitted by Composite Door Sales. We changed the type of door and design several times and customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The installation was on time and the fitter friendly and polite and left the site clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Composite Door Sales,very professional, helpful staff and a good product.

Excellent from start to finish. Knowledgeable, non-pushy sales approach, followed by a careful survey which offered advice when asked for. The fitter (Russ) was one of the tidiest workmen I have ever had here. He took great pains to see that things were properly done, and that I was happy and understood how everything worked.

Purchased a Rock Door from CDS earlier in the year and were so impressed with the service and installation that we purchased three (3) windows and replacement glass in another existing window.
As usual, the service was excellent, keeping us up to date with progress and informing us when they were due to be delivered and fitted.
All staff, from the initial measure to the fitting and payment, were friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Just had rock door and fan light above fitted excellent service Ronnie was an excellent fitter who went the extra mile to detail and perfection James dealt with everything keeping me updated excellent customer service they are by far the best price after 3 other quotes that were exceptional more expensive cheapest place for rock doors loving my front door thanks James and fitter ronnie

Had doors fitted a while ago and was so impressed by both product, fitting
and customer service we ordered our windows. Again couldn’t be happier with the way we were dealt with. Kept fully updated on progress of the order. Fitters came when they said they would on both days and stayed until fully finished and cleaned up after themselves. Windows look great too!
Highly recommended.
