Good service received many times. Good communication throughout the ordering process. Highly recommend their products, we use many of their radiators and other covers, never have any issues.

This is the second time that I have placed an order with Contour and on both occasions the customer service team have been extremely helpful, even when I had to change the order several times. The products they have manufactured and supplied for me have been of an outstanding quality and it is easy to see that Contour are becoming nominated suppliers for more and more organisations.

Even though we were a small order for a vandal proof radiator cover, Contour gave us great attention and were always easily contactable and helpful. After being let down by our LA, who despite promising otherwise, would have left our autistic son without a radiator for a second winter running (he had ripped previous one off wall), we now have safe heating back in his room. It's a robust, good quality cover, with small holes (into which he won't be able to push things into), no sharp corners, no detachable bits that he could pry off and has an easy-open, key lockable panel so we can access thermostat. So far, so good.

Radiator casings arrived on time and to specification.

Really happy with the new 18 radiator guards for our ward. The service we received was fantastic. This is why we keep using Contour Heating for our anti ligature products.

Had a recent order from Contour for 8no LST radiator covers. Dealt with both Laura and Kelly who got a quote back to me very quickly (as it was a last minute job) which was fantastic. Very helpful company and off the back of that I have recommended them to another colleague who has had a similar product priced for another job. Would definitely use again.
