THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY CORTUPT!!!!!!!

THEY DEBITED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THREE ITEMS, ONE THAT DOES NOT WORK (NOT REPLACED), ONE THAT NEVER ARRIVED AND ANOTHER THAT WAS NOT ABLE

THEN THEY WERE CHARGING AN ADDITIONAL $5. + DOLLARS FOR ALSO GETTING NOTHING!!!!!!!TO USED ON MY MOTORCYCLE.

WHEN QUESTIONED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA AT MY COST WHEN THEIR DISTRIBUTION POINT IS IN NEW YORK OR CALIFORNIA.

I requested the installation of fiber internet and so far there have been no problems I contracted 200mbs and it is coming up what is good this needs to be said when something is not bad I hope it stays that way at least in Manila it is good

This ISP company in the Philippines, has really negative reviews from the capital, they promised to do better in the province, but looks like they broke that promise. This is not the first time this happened.

I have a breach somewhere on my fiber cable, it shows up in strong wind with on/off connection with seconds to minutes apart. I have contacted converge 9 times about it, yet nothing has been done. First reported april 23 2024.
So far this has cost me 800p in delivery fees, because of Converge.

More than a month has past, since I reported the problem, the issue still have not been fixed.

I have talked a written with numerous of your custom service employees and all promise to escalate, yet nothing happens.

Field engineers have been dispatched 4 times, but ignore the order and never call or come, I can't go anywhere so had to order grocery delivery at extra cost for me. Your ineffeciancy is costing me money.

last I talked with your Customer service employee on May 22 2024, she called me, and she would escalate again and make sure field engineers would come.

And again the field engineers ignored the order!
