It's been a month that we don't have internet and all they say is we will investigate. I paid early before due date and after I paid on the same day internet is down and now I have another billing and still no internet. I even reported this to NTC and they do not respond either. Daily follow ups and they said your ticket is escalated yet nobody knows if they are actually doing something or just updating the ticket as escalated.

SLOW INTERNET
I donât even know where to start. This internet connection is unbelievably slow â like, âI could make a sandwich and take a nap before a page loadsâ slow. Every time I try to watch a video, it buffers so long I forget what I was even trying to watch.
I pay for âhigh-speed internet,â but honestly, I think dial-up from the early 2000s would be faster. I tried running a speed test, and it literally froze halfway through â even the speed test gave up.
Working from home? Impossible. Streaming? Forget it. Half the time I just give up and switch to mobile data because itâs actually faster than this disaster of a connection. I pay for 100 Mbps, but apparently, thatâs measured in millimeters per century.
I donât usually leave reviews, but this has been driving me crazy for weeks. For the price Iâm paying, this service is a joke. Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other provider if you can.

Poor Service, One month without internet â this is the worst connection in the Philippines. When thereâs a new customer who wants to get connected, they move quickly. Installers come right away and even ask for a tip. But when thereâs a problem, the staff hardly respond, especially customer service. They just ignore their customers. As long as you keep paying every month, they donât care anymore. Thatâs Converge for you â experts at deceiving consumers.
Unreliable
Unreliable, internet randomly cuts off multiple times almost everyday. I was not able to finish my Exam on time 2 times, TWO TIMES because it decided to just remove its internet on that specific time not once... BUT TWICE. Converge is not a good provider and a total waste of money.
So much interruptions
So much interruptions. Also, change of service address request takes so looooooong. I do follow-ups too, mind you. Just so loooong. Their customer support via call hanged up on me twice. Customer support via Facebook takes 5 minutes to response. Please do better in every aspect of the service. I am staying for now because of this 2-yr locked in period shenanigans.

i reported the slow connection of the inrernet last october 20, 2025 but until now still in process pa din. 4x na ako tumawag sa hotline nila to report na walang progress yun pag tawag ko sa kanila. Walang text or call para update ako kung ano na status ng concern ko. very disappointing dahil nagbabayad ako monthly pero hindi namin magamit ng maayos yun internet dahil sobrang bagal.

I've been using Converge for a few months, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The internet frequently drops and dissappeared the connection speed is far below whatâs advertised. I hope the company can take customer feedback seriously and make improvements soon, because right now, itâs not worth the cost.

Hello CONVERGE URDANETA PANGASINAN. Tinawagan ng kapitbahay namin yung converge for replacement kasi yung sirang router nila. Dumating naman para ireplace yung router. and as a converge user din, need ko din ipaayos yung cable ng wire nila kasi lumaylay na sa daanan. Kinuha nila yung details ko like account number and name, akala ko same day or right away aayusin na nila. Like WTF! Need pa daw nila ireport sa office at ibang tao pa daw ang gagawa at sa ibang araw pa! For real? Nasa location na kayo. Why not report it in your office tapos ayusin nyo na din same date. Nakakabuset.

We've had no internet connection for over TWO MONTHS and Converge has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. Despite multiple follow-ups, they continue to charge us monthly like everything is working fine.
Their customer service is appalling - unhelpful, robotic, and completely lacking empathy. Every time we call, weâre met with generic responses and empty promises. No urgency, no accountability. It feels like they just want to get you off the line.
The dispatch of technicians is painfully slow if they even bother to show up. And when they do, the issue is never fixed or they say âweâll escalate itâ and disappear. Weâre still waiting.
Even escalating to their head office did nothing - same indifferent attitude, same lack of resolution. They seem more concerned about collecting payments than actually delivering the service people are paying for.
If you're considering Converge, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences weâve ever had.

HORRIBLE. there is NEVER internet, like ever. when there is internet, itâs super slow and just over all poor connection. This has to be the biggest scam ever. You pay for âgood qualityâ internet but receive almost NOTHING. Thereâs literally no difference in having converge and having absolutely no wifi at all.
