Wow wow wow! I booked this villa as a surprise for my partners 40th birthday with all his family. Louise was amazing from booking right until the day we arrived. She put us in touch with people for cakes and suggestions for restaurants etc . After reading the reviews I knew it was going to be good but it blew our minds. We stayed as a family of 16 all mixed ages including children! The rooms were all really big and all had their en-suites. We stayed downstairs as it was my partners surprise 40th birthday holiday so we picked the best room right next to the pool. The downstairs rooms even had shutters to put down at evening to make it nice and dark. Fans in every room to keep it cool. There was everything you needed in the villa to make it an enjoyable stay. Lidl was only down the road to stock up on food/drink for the week. Biggest shoutout to Fernando the villa manager. Whenever we wanted taking out he would drop everything and take us anywhere we wanted to go, he even made suggestions on what we could go and do and see. His knowledge really is priceless and made the holiday even more special ! So huge shoutout to him!! He became a friend by the end of the week. Perfect location, surfing beach just down the road with incredible views and 10 mins drive to Ericeira town centre. We did venture into Lisbon one day too. Would highly recommend!! What a magical place Kingfisher Cabin is to spend time in, it was the perfect place to relax and sink into the healing power of nature, made even more special being welcomed by a meadow full of bluebells and blossom! Tessa and Dave have created a space that is tranquil, inspiring and very environmentally conscious. There were some wonderful touches, in both the space itself and the farm, which was beautiful to explore. Whether you are looking to escape the digital life, to relax and unwind, to spark some creativity or to lose yourself in nature there is something for you here, I will certainly be returning, hopefully to see a different season.

Sent a enquiry to find out about dates and some other information on a Sunday and within the hour I had a kind reply from Wendy who answered all my questions over a few different emails. Very helpful and made my mind up that this was definitely somewhere I wanted to book.

A perfect stay, accommodation was beautiful as is the area and setting of the farm. Surrounded by nature, peaceful and so many animals to watch.

Out of the many high-end properties I have stayed at, Millstream Cottage ranks near the top. The location is both ideal in proximity to adorable Bosham High Street and idyllic with the surrounding cottages and stream running in the back of the building. But what really makes this place a stand out is the thoughtful attention to detail and providing absolutely EVERYTHING a guest could need! The kitchen has an extensive offering of every item you could need. The bedrooms are well appointed with sufficient closet and dresser space for a 3-5 night stay. And the three bathrooms are completely stocked. Paula, the owner, is a delight to coordinate with. She is helpful and efficient. You can tell that she’s the reason everything is done to perfection. The only thing to know (and this is clearly communicated in the property description) is that there is one bedroom with a full bed (not a Queen) and full bath (shower & tub) and one bedroom with two twin beds and a half-bathroom (small shower only). This room set up was not an issue for us, but if you are traveling with two couples who insist on sharing a bed - then it could be a negotiation.

The lodge and all it's facilities and views were absolutely amazing. Andrea is a fantastic host. Thoroughly recommend this. You'll wish you stayed longer.

Navigation is straightforward, filters are helpful to get to what I wanted.
The selection of properties on this site are most certainly "cool" which made it enjoyable looking for a short stay.

Helped resolve a refund but do not published negative reviews so take their star system with a large pinch of salt and check reviews on other sites. Most aren’t on Tripadvisor as private rentals. We had a bad experience at a property but they have still left it as five stars. Feels like heavily edited advertising

Had a great and very restful stay, very well appointed and very comfortable accommodation. Host was very attentive but not too much so, would thoroughly recommend and we will most certainly visit again!!

Booking through Coolstays was really easy. Just how you want booking a holiday to be! Communication was great and the place we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and came at a hefty discount thanks to their great last minute deals. I have already recommended them to friends and will definitely use them again.

Lymore Orchard is a magical place to stay! From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every moment of our visit. It went over and above our expectations with all the extras provided. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and bbq but most of all the mini teepee in the sunny garden and relaxing! Highly recommended!

HH is a very special place….private and peaceful (just birdsong) with stunning views. The perfect retreat to get away from it all and either explore the surrounding areas of Devon/Somerset or simply relax in the hot tub and take in the beautiful scenery. Sarah and David were wonderful hosts and the hut itself is finished to a very high standard. My husband, our dog Winnie and myself will definitely return

Absolutely loved staying here for my partners surprise 50th. It was cosy and so relaxing listening to the running stream, whilst soaking in the hot tub and the sauna was just the icing on the cake. This felt like our own little private spa getaway and we didn't want to leave. Thank you so much Charlotte, we will definitely be back! Ps.....i almost forgot...the hamper was such a lovely welcoming touch!

We had a 2 night stay for my partners birthday. The property was perfectly placed for a relaxing break. There was a country walk across fields to the local farm shop/cafe where we enjoyed a great breakfast. Many local pubs to choose from catering for all tastes and budgets. The accommodation had uninterrupted country views and the local sheep even popped up to say hello. Everything had been thought of in terms of how the accommodation was equipped. The bed was really comfortable and all in all we would recommend to others.
