My experience with CopyFaxes.com was very disappointing and does not match the image they present on their website.

They claim to provide “helpful, impartial advice” and maintain high standards of customer service, but my interaction with their chat representative, Tom, was quite the opposite. I reached out with a simple question regarding an item that was out of stock and could not be added to my cart. Instead of assisting, he responded in a rude and sarcastic manner.

Rather than trying to understand the issue, he made condescending remarks about why I couldn’t see the item in my cart—when the problem was clearly that it was not available to add. The tone and approach were dismissive and unprofessional.

This experience left a very negative impression and raises concerns about how customer inquiries are handled. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend CopyFaxes.com.

I cannot be happier with the service and help from Sy and his group. Ordered a replacement toner cartridge for my old printer and it arrived in two days! Just outstanding! I highly recommend!

What can I say to top all the other five star reviews and express my delight over the product and service these gentlemen provide? Such a blessing! I have been delighted with this particular printer and when it finally gave up the ghost, I HAD to have another. Great price, fast shipping and solid customer service - highly recommended.

Sy is wonderful. He allowed me to ask my questions, offered his feedback, offered his advice based on my business's needs, and did not try to over-sell or offer more than I need. He gave me feedback on three products I asked about and was knowledgeable about each, offering suggestions for my consideration as we discussed them.

In a day and age where customer service is rare as well as product quality these guys went above and beyond. Got me an incredible printer in a timely manner and when i had some installation issues on my end Scott jumped in and helped me out you guys rock and i will recommend you to everyone I know

Purchased an HP M880 printer from them last year. Had a small service issue recently. They were awesome about getting it resolved. The technician called the next day after I sent the email requesting help. He walked me through what I needed to do and got me fixed up in minutes. Plus there was no charge. Will definitely purchase from them again.

This has been the most disappointing experience with a company. We purchased four printers from them over the past two years, along with extended 4-year warranties, spending close to $20,000. While the sales process was smooth, their after-sales support has been terrible. None of our printers are functioning properly, and instead of honoring the warranty, they keep redirecting us to third-party vendors who continue to charge additional fees—yet the issues remain unresolved. Despite repeated attempts, Kevin and Sy have not been helpful. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid working with this company.

Bait and Switch is the name of this company's game don't waste your time money or peace of mind.

We have used Copyfaxes to purchase several printers that we couldn't find anywhere else. Sy has been extremely professional and helpful each and every time.

I gave this company every opportunity to resolve my issue before resorting to writing this review. Unfortunately, multiple defective printers and broken refund promises leave me no choice. Here’s what happened:

In August 2024, I purchased a printer from them, which arrived over a week later. Upon setup, I discovered the printer was locked with a security PIN that prevented me from networking it or changing any settings. After countless emails, they admitted the PIN had been changed from the default, and they had no way of retrieving it. I had to repack the printer and ship it back via FedEx at my own inconvenience.

They promised to send a replacement, which arrived a couple of weeks later—only to discover that the second printer didn’t even power on. Once again, I had to go through the hassle of repacking and sending it back. This time, I was assured a quick and full refund.

That was over a month ago. Since then, all I’ve received are excuses, and now Kevin Revarb (CopyFaxes Sales Manager) has stopped responding entirely. I’ve had to file a claim with my credit card company to try to get my money back.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but CopyFaxes / Refurb Experts has earned every bit of this one. Save yourself the headache—shop elsewhere.

I was tasked with finding a new printer for my boss at our law firm. Copyfaxes had the exact one he wanted at the lowest price! I was also really pleased with their online customer service via "Tom" as well as with Kevin and Sy via phone and email. It's obvious they care about their customers!

Love working with this company. They are reliable, fair and very accommodating. Been doing busines with them for many years, have ordered many printers and they will always be my first choice!!
