Great prices, but even better Customer Support. Sy Ryan was a problem solver and made this process much easier!

Was a wonderful experience. We received our printer in about two weeks time and the price was great. Set up was easy, so I really can't complain at all.

I purchased and paid for a printer on the web site and shortly after received a phone call to confirm. During the call, I confirmed that I had good luck with a refurbished printer and when I got to the office, received an email with a receipt for a printer that was 238.00. The printer 8 chose and paid for was 129.00 with shipping included as I understood. When I called to ask, I must have misunderstood what was said and I ended up canceling the order because the shipping was added for 32.00 more that was not disclosed in the original purchase and the printer went from 129 to almost 240.00. I asked that the order be cancelled.

The printer in our office ended up failing after many years of use. Turned to these guys when looking around for the same model but knew it would be refurbished. The first one had some misfortune during shipping and was having complications printing. Contacted them, let them know what it was doing and they sent another one to replace it. The second one had better luck making its way to us and has worked outstandingly so far. They even took the unfortunate one back. Would recommend this company to anyone. As a new notary signing agent in mid 2021 there is a shortage of new dual tray laser printers going around. After a lot of searching with no luck I began to look for refurbished models and stumbled upon these guys. Before ordering I called and spoke with Sy who is very knowledgable and even asked if I was a notary. Needless to say, he hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Not to mention shipping was lightning fast and I got my very well packed printer quickly. Setup was a breeze and so far it works flawlessly after testing everything. Sy also knew I'd be needing a jumbo size toner and helped me get that as well. Talk about service. I highly recommend Refurb Experts!

I found them randomly a couple years ago looking for a printer on the internet. I was looking for a MICR printer and they hooked me up with a printer that was perfect for our needs. Great mix of price and durability. It was exactly what we needed. Then when we were looking to replace our office printer, They helped me pick the perfect printer and it has worked great. I ordered a second one for my other office I liked it so much. Since then I have bought several printers and I always order my toner. Usually when I call I get Sy. He is great, but even when he is not there I get great service. Highly recommended.

Without even telling him that I was a notary, Sy knew right away that I was a notary based on the make and model of the printer that I was asking for. I was looking for an HP LaserJet P3015X CE529A. He said that this printer was refurbised with a 1 year warranty. No other reseller gave such a long warranty. Also, this model was made even faster than other printers because the insides had been replaced with that of a faster printer.

Also, I explained that we will be on vacation next week, he delayed shipping it until the coming Friday.

First time customer, could not be more pleased with the service from initial contact to the delivered product. Great go to source for printing products. I'll return with all my printing needs.
