I received fantastic service from Cordell and Co, everyone I dealt with has been professional and helpful, explaining things every step of the way. I would recommend if you need their services.

Sanctimonious lawyers who only care about the money they can make from the clients, rather than justice and closure the victims deserve.
Was made to feel too insignificant and small by them especially after i negotiated their extortionate rate of 35% down to 25% (which is the industry standard).
Furthermore trying to hire another no win no fee has been made extremely difficult as they all seem to have a clandestine system they don't tell you about.
Horrible experience from a victim with a court conviction on their side, lawyers deserve their negative reputations and Cordell&Co certainly do their best to cement those feelings in my case.

Recently had a claim settled successfully. Very professional and hassle free. Recommend

I got a win which is the main thing. Took over 2 years. But it was no win no fee. So cant complain. Staff was very polite.

Worst firm. Avoid at all cost. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. You won’t speak to someone legally trained and when you do they are rude and end up not being a lawyer. They dont really care about your case or getting you compensation. Only care about their costs. PLEASE AVOID

After 2 years they got more than £10.000 from my claim and gave me £1.815.
They charge me £225 per hour plus medical fee of £714! I got only one face to face of 5 minutes with the RUDE doctor that they recommended and costs £714!!!

I basically had a No Win No Fee claim for repetitive strain injury damage to my wrist from my work place, and Emma Isbill at Cordell and co-took on my claim, as with a lot of these things it’s a very lengthy process, but at all times, Cordell kept me informed of approximate timescales for each stage, and what to expect, I really cannot fault the service and politeness from the staff at Cordell and co, two friends since asked me would I recommend them, and yes, 100%.

I found it was easy to start the claims process. Cordell made initial contact very quickly and has continued our correspondence with alacrity, answering all my questions along the way

HAVING DEALT WITH AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE AT THIS FIRM THEY HAVE WASTED MY TIME DEALING WITH A CLAIM FOR OVER A YEAR TO SAY THEY ARENT CONTINUING WITH THE CLAIM EVEN THOUGH THE THIRD PARTY ADMITTED LIABILITY AND I SENT ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION ETC AND WHEN I RANG THEM IT TOOK ME AGES TO COMMUNICATE WITH SOMEONE AT THE FIRM

It was no fuss at all. Cordell and Co just got on with the job, and compensation was paid out quickly

Friendly helpful team always open to discuss my case. My experience with medical professional used to document and record diagnosis' was poor and not as accurate as I would have preferred. Would definitely recommend Cordell & Co for future reference if needed.

avoid at all costs i wish i had read the reviews before i let them take the case on. came to my house within 2 days. i signed the contract. the guy at my house was telling me how much of a good claim this is. i trod on a a glass bottle that was left on my door step by an uber driver which i did not expect to be there as the driver by law needs to get the age verification. i received 10 stitches in the bottom of my foot which has not healed properly and now i walk with a limp. these jokers took the case on after 3 months they said they were still waiting for ubers reply. so i contacted uber and got the insurance details for uber this took me me about 10 mins. cordel said the driver is self employed and they won't go after individuals but its a legal requirement by mclarens which is ubers insurance company for the driver to have public liability insurance. cordel dropped my case and now no other no win lawyers will take the case because cordel dropped it. and now mclarens are saying uber won't give the insurance detail because of data protection act. so thanks for f#ck all cordel. seriously avoid at all costs!!!!!!
