I had a breast augmentation surgery about a month ago. From my first consultation with Nilesh Sojitra to the post op appointment I can’t fault it in any way. Nilesh is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the size which would suit my body type. Any questions I had was always answered very quickly and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the experience. On the day of my surgery the team of nurses were amazing and made the experience run smoothly making me feel comfortable and also had a few chats with me which was nice. Post op recovery has been so so easy and only “painful” on one day after the surgery. Once again, Nilesh checked up on me to make sure I was recovering well and if I had any questions so ask which I did and he answered them very reassuringly. From the amazing surgeon to the anaesthetist and the lovely nurses I couldn’t recommend Spire harpenden and Nilesh Sojitra enough to anyone who is considering getting this procedure.

Mr. Sojitra and his Plastic Surgery Team were all wonderful - they were so kind, caring and reassuring.

I had been referred to them after two disastrous breast implant operations post Breast Cancer Surgery from a totally different hospital and team which had left me traumatised.

They were sympathetic, patient, encouraging and keen to help put things right for me.

From our first visit, Mr Sojitra was brilliant with my daughter. She had a patch of what looked like skin tags on her neck, which he confirmed he could remove as they were bothering her. She had the procedure on her second visit and 6 months on, there is hardly a mark on her neck. All the staff were amazing. Brilliant job!

I had a breast enlargement three months ago. Nilesh was extremely professional. He was more than happy to answer my numerous questions and for me to come back a second time prior to the op to try on different size implants (as i was very uncertain re which size to go for, wanting something very natural looking). I am 100% happy with the results. Scarring is minimal and the end result is completely natural. I would 100% recommend Nilesh and his lovely team.

It was surprisingly easy to deal with the operation and the aftermath, and I'm so delighted with the results! They look perfect, just what I wanted. Scarring is minimal, and fading, no problems at all. I can definitely recommend Nilesh; he is very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr Sojitra its a very reputable plastic surgeon, that was recommended to me by someone that had a surgery with him.
I was very nervous in looking after a good surgeon to make a full tummy tuck but, straight after Ive meet Mr Sojitra I've understood that he will be my surgeon! I've even done the appointment after the first consultation!His very straightforward, confident and make you clear everything before you decide, ready always to answer all your questions. I'm very grateful for his hard work and happy that he make me understand everything will be ok all the time.
The procedure that I had with Mr Sojitra was full tummy tuck with full muscle repair and hernia ! It's not even one week since I had the surgery but I'm more than happy with my results everything was over my expectation and the recovery its going very well!
All this are because Mr Sojitra and his team are high skilled and proceed everything with care and professionalism.
After the surgery Mr Sojitra and the anesthetist make sure I was feeling ok and get well soon so I can be discharge home. I had no any complications!! 🙏

Dr Nilesh Sojitra is one of the best and skilled doctors when it comes to cosmetic surgery and I cannot recommend him enough.

I have met Dr Sojitra in 2011 when I had my first plastic surgery, namely breast augmentation. The outcome was beyond my my expectations and since then I have had other cosmetic procedures such as mole removals, blepharoplasty, Juvederm injections in my lips and cheeks, botox injections to name a few. As always, the results have been impressive. Additionally, Dr Nilesh and his team were very professional, caring, kind and friendly all the time. He really listens to your requirements, put you at ease when you are very nervous while providing expert advice and the outcome of each procedure speaks for itself.

Mr Sojitra operated to remove a mole from my lip line in Oct 19. I have been very pleased with the procedure, from the beginning of the process right through to the end result. He and the team were very professional and friendly at all times and the resulting scar (which will fade) is very small and neat.

I’d highly recommend Mr Sojitra. He was honest and to the point. He listens to your requirements while offering great expert advice. Technically he’s a brilliant plastic surgeon and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others or going back to him in the future.

From the initial consultation to the aftercare I felt very looked after and informed.
