La plataforma abusa, cobran comision y adicionalmente no te pagan lo que vale el dolar, te lo dejan muchisimo mas barato casi 400-500 COP; puede que el cambio no sea mucho pero igual no es justo. basicamente acabas recibiendo casi la mitad de lo que tengas. No vale la pena para nada

Solved very fast

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience with Cosmo Payment.

I requested a Visa card through your platform, and the fee was successfully charged from my account. However, I have never received the card. When I contacted your support team, I was informed that the card shipment cannot be tracked, and there have been no updates provided, including any tracking number.

This situation is extremely concerning. I have already waited for more than one month, yet there has been no resolution. I have also requested a refund of the card fee back to my account, but until now, no refund has been processed.

This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this issue and a full refund as soon as possible.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further.
