Cosmo payment is doing us a huge favour, allowing us to receive money from abroad when all the other services let us down. a tip for users in south africa, fnb atms incur the most charges R50 for declined transactions and R60 to view statements. capitec has the lowest fees i think. estimate how much you have in your account by checking the exchange rate and withdraw a little less. you can swipe your card to use up the balance.

Señores Cosmopayment
Entre a mi cuenta ayer y intente enviar dinero al banco , pero mis datos de destinatario estan borrados y me pide que agregue un nuevo destinatario. No entiendo porque hicieron esto. Ademas ya no recuerdo como agregue mis datos para enviar el dinero a mi banco. Yo habia visto un video en you tu be de comoinscribir la cuenta bancaria en Colombia. Pero el video ya no esta en You tube. Necesito que me digan comopuedo inscribir mi banco de nuevo .

I tried the card in the ATM machine here in my location philippines. Its working now. But o my gee. The fees and what not is so dissapointing. Why banks charges fees like that. I'm so sad. But card is working but fees are disappointing

llevo tiempo trabajando con cosmo y no e tenido ningun problema hasta ahora, pero realice un retiro y han pasado 7 dias habiles y el dinero no llega a mi cuenta bancaria y tampoco se devuelve a mi balance secundario, les he escrito y primero me dijeron que eran 3 dias habiles para el deposito y de no ser asi serian otros 3 para que el dinero estuviera de vuelta y no ha pasado nada de eso, volvi a escribir y ahora me dicen que 6 dias habiles, he realizado otras tranaferencias posteriores sin problema, no se porque ese dinero en especifico le retuvieron, me dicen que esta en proceso

In first time I use my card Cosmo will be very good ,but between 7 days card not work ,I ask assistence what the problem? The assistance write me “the card processor is experiencing an unexpected system outage which is affecting card account functionality for some users. This is currently being addressed by the processor. Your funds and account details are safe and service will be restored as soon as possible” it’s big problem because I need money and attend from 22/06/2023
