Well cosmo has been the best for me here in South Africa .Though they closed Card withdrawal Am disappointed in that because i enjoyed using my Cosmo Card ..But they have been helpful with everything customer care 100%good Thank you cosmo Team

I have tried to withdraw money from my cosmopayment account for several days and the service is crap, very inefficient. They canceled the option to use my card and withheld the money I tried to transfer to my BAC bank account. They don't tell me anything, they don't solve, and they haven't returned my money either. I'm very frustrated

Hola quería saber como puedo retirar mi dinero a mi cuenta de Bancolombia yo ya la agregue y mi cuenta esta con mi pasaporte pero de igual manera me arroja un error no se porque ?

con la nueva actualizacion, ahora debes ser titular de cuenta no puedes transferir a terceros, no envia de mastercard a mastercard, los paises son limitados, en colombia como extranjera la cuenta no recibe pagos internacionales, soy de venezuela tengo cuenta en Puerto Rico y soporte dice que desafortunadamente no puedo enviar mis fondos alli, no paypal, como retiro mis fondos? no hay soluciones voy fuera de cosmo payment, no son flexibles, no gestionan y ni amplian para enviar y recibir dinero.

TENGO UNA PREGUNTA, cuando estara disponible cosmo payment en REPUBLICA DOMINICANA?

I’m using Cosmo now for some days and I’m really not happy with it. The page is bugging af & the app is even more worse. I can’t send a request to the customer service cause of a bug at that page. The currency exchange rates are from January the 1st what is under the moon for a banking app. I would loose so much money just sending it to a friend with a different currency. I hope i get help soon or that I finally can send out a request from their page.
The only good part of Cosmo is that payouts work in 1 bussines day. But you can’t sent your money somewhere else soo it’s stuck then in that account. Help!
