The costume came with a hole in one of the seams. I had to take to a seamstress to fix.

Bought an item on line. They didn't have it in stock at the warehouse. On line it still showed they had the item I ordered. I was bummed..

Placed my order with an estimated day of shipment a week out. Happy to receive an email within 12 hours stating it was already sent out for shipping and would arrive a week earlier than expected. So far I'm very pleased with ordering, hoping the costume is as great as the service!

Beautiful costume and got it quick. Not sure if it's gonna fit yet, because I haven't tried it on, but so far so good!

Wish The survey would’ve had more questions. I was satisfied with purchase and delivery. However I was not satisfied with fit. I ordered two one large women’s and 11X women’s. One is too small one is too large. Now I have two costumes that don’t fit

My Costumes4Less experience was unacceptable. I did not experience unreasonable or rude conduct as I received no response from Costumes4Less at all. I received my order in a timely manner, however it was not the costume I had ordered. I tried contacting customer service several times to let them know I received the wrong costume and would like to make an exchange. I received no response. Ebay made it easy to return the costume and I received a refund, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I will not order again.

I complained about corroded batteries in my daughter's costume. Instead of crediting my credit card, I got a storr credit. Store credit really only helps your site. I will NOT be purchasing again, nor will I reccommend your site.

We love the costume! Very cute. Looks just like the picture. Fit my granddaughter good. The only downside is the broom is not included and it cost 3/4 of what the costume cost.
