Paid my money. Needed to make a small claim. All went very smoothly. That’s all you could ask for.

Great,got a puncture, charged an extortionate amount by hire company, but rental cover paid this all back within few days of submitting the paperwork. Really great service.

RentalCover were true to their word and fully recovered all expenses the rental car company had put on my credit card. Very easy to deal with and respond quickly to emails.

My XCover Protection certificate of insurance states I am covered for 'Missed departure'. I have followed the step by step guide to making a claim, yet there is no option for 'Missed departure'.

On 20 January I made a formal complaint to Cowen Insurance and have been dealing with the Operations Officer, Kieran Vella. He advised that CoverGenius are XCover's intermediary, and that it is their platform that I need to upload the claim too, as they handle their sales and claims.
15 working days since submitting the complaint and I'm still waiting for GoverGenius to EMAIL ME to advise how I can make the claim without the 'Missed departure' option on their site.

So far experience has been very good but haven’t had to claim yet so let’s wait and see

I placed a claim for car damage and it was acknowledged within minutes. I submitted the requested information and receipts and that was acknowledged next morning with an email stating that my claim was being evaluated. Next morning, the claim was accepted and, within one more day, the check was deposited in my bank.
Their service was unbelievably good.

Would've given 5 stars but still relatively happy.

My reasons for them losing a star are; I tried numerous times to do an online claim and I kept on failing. But once I had emailed them, my claim was sorted within 2 days.

Secondly, the exchange rate that they offered. I paid in EUR so when they paid me back in GDP, I was down £50 overall, which is still better than being £350. Hence why I'm happy(ish)

After a lot of surfing around the web site I finally got to know how to make myself heard and I was grateful when someone rang me to help me get through and my enquiry was then handled promtly thanks Richard

Paid half the premium compared to car rental company, got hit and run, and got paid 2-3 days after making the claim, easy and smooth process.

Void at all cost.
Do not buy insurance from this company/Xcover
They will ignore your emails or keep asking documents so they can find your mistake or ways to not pay out.
It’s illegal for a business to accept payment for services they know they can’t deal with or didn’t intend to take care of. In this situation, you guys should provide me with a refund. This company is a total scam.

I never anticipated having to actually use the coverage I purchased for my car rental. I took a road trip during the week of Christmas to Arizona. At some point during the trip the windshield got a chip in it and grew to a substantial line crack with the pounding rain, right before returning the car to the rental company. I was dreading the process of submitting my claim for the damage. To my surprise, it was quick and easy and literally approved overnight!! Thanks to Rental Cover through Priceline. I will always be sure to get coverage whenever I book a car rental through Priceline because I know business will be handled quick and efficiently.
