Quick , hassle free claim, paid very quickly

I am very impressed how quickly they resolved my matter without any excuses or delays.

I haven’t been paid out yet but the acceptance of my claim was easy and fuss free

Although communication was only by email & text, I did get a response to all communications to rental cover.com I made pretty promptly . It took a few months, but I did receive the payment for repair invoice for my car. I got the feeling there was real people I was communicating with who were doing their best to settle my claim. I will never use them again because after my experience with Thrifty car hire I will never hire a car again. But there was nothing wrong with rental cover.com hire car insurance and I thank them for their efforts.

Fantastic service. We have never had to claim on hire car, but my husbands hire car was damaged in supermarket car park. Emailed all documents in the morning, rental cover replied with reimbursement options that evening. Will definitely be using in the future 🙏👍

So I have used RentalCover a number of times to rent, luckily I have not needed to submit a claim, but it is about $90 USD for a week and covers loss of use to the rental agency. Any of the rental agencies would charge many times this amount.

Easy claim for tyre replacement, quick processing and payment

I was able to quickly and successfully get reimbursed when someone tried to steal my rental car. I ended up paying Hertz for the broken window, and then asking rentalcover to pay me back.

I submitted a damage vehicle claim from the rental car company. They resolved my claim immediately which I was very impressed with. I will be using them every time I rent a car overseas. Highly recommend them because of the great customer service I received.
