We had a claim over a cracked window and the rental cover did respond very quickly. The process was also very quick. The only downside is the exchange rate as we lost AUD100 on the exchange that is think is not fair.

I was initially skeptical as to whether the claim would be followed through as my own experience to obtain a response from Europcar was highly unsuccessful. Whilst it took awhile for the claim to be processed, rentalcover provided constant updates and the payment of the claim was within 48 hrs. I am beyond impressed and highly recommend them. Excellent company and excellent service when you need it the most.

Very easy process. Uploaded the documents and within a day we had the payment. It is a new experience to have an insurance company working so well and doing what it was purchased to do. Such peace of mind.

Prompt response to my claim for damaged car key (remote fell in the sea and stopped working) and no questions about reimbursement of the charges paid to the car rental company. Only an issue with their web portal which kept giving an error when I tried to submit my bank details. Their support was prompt and reassuring and were able to fix it in 2 days.

I've used Rentalcover.com over the years and were lucky never needing them until our last trip in Mexico when someone damaged our rental in the parking lot.
