Excellent service . Whilst in Germany last year I damaged the wing mirror of a hire car I had hired from six-t . I had to pay the excess on the policy which was 1050 euros . I’d taken out insurance with rentalcover whilst hiring the car on Ryanair website back last year .
I honestly thought it would be one of these looking for any excuse to get out of paying it back kind of policies and making me chase them to get the money etc . I couldn’t be more wrong if I’m being honest .
I sent my claim form through last Monday evening . Made sure i had all the info I required for the claim as they do ask for all the invoices and info between you and the hire company which I assume is standard issue . By Tuesday at midday the claim had been accepted and when I got home from work I clicked the link to finalise the claim and receive my money back . There was a slight issue with the link as it was rejecting my information . I sent another email which was responded to on the Wednesday afternoon saying they were looking in to it . By Thursday afternoon I had another link which worked this time . Details were entered and the following morning the money was in my bank account .
Can’t fault the service to be honest . Excellent .

Simple process to make a claim and quick turn around on payment

Having coverage is a relief and a peace of mind. I’ll recommend it.

I had a minor accident when parking the car in the parking lot of our holiday home. One of the decorative rocks marking out the parking lot was out of place and hit the car.

I rarely leave reviews but this one is deserved. We got paid in 1 day, the process was seamless.

Following a dent to my hire car I made a claim online for the reimbursement of my lost deposit. Process was not too complicated and was given a positive response in about 24 hours. The only hiccup was having been sent a link to receive the payment to my bank, this did not work. I then had to send a number of emails in order to be sent a link that did work. Nevertheless, the whole process from claim to payment was completed inside a week, which is not at all bad for an insurance company.

The claim was user friendly and only took minutes to complete, completed the online form and uploaded the documents I had.

The claim was approved and ready for payment in less than 2 days which was appreciated as I had massive anxiety when I received the bill from the hire car company.

The process of making a claim is very simple, the response is fast, and the refund is also fast. The money I submitted on Friday arrived next week. There was no delay in asking for compensation and I highly recommend using this company.

Although everything is online including claim processing of rental company's claim documentation, however, it was pretty smoth considering no human interface. I was a bit sceptic initially about timing, but I was wrong. I recommend rental cover to others.
