Easy to book insurance when you book the car, and much cheaper than the actusl car company - I've used this for years now and never had to claim, apart from last time, it was easy once you had the info from the car company (which did take a while) but I got my refund within days of lodging my claim

It was easy to take up, VERY reasonably priced, sooo easy to complete claim, instant response from company with regular updates progressing claim, paid out as promised. The only delay was my own fault or it would have been done in 48 hrs from notification. Never had an experience with an insurance company that was this good. Thankyou!!!

So easy I was done in under 1 minute with the coverage we have not climbed but it was so easy and cheaper than anything else

The communication was via email and I always got a response within 24 hours. Even though I had to wait a couple of months to get the payment refunded, this was due to the car rental company and not Rental Cover. Once all the documentation was received I lodged a claim which did not go very well as it kept stopping at the date of incident. Rental Cover made it easy and just asked for the documentation to be sent to them by email. I received by payment within a couple of days.

We rented a Nissan Versa for the week. I accidentally backed into a low wall in the middle a parking lot and popped the rear driver's side fender. We had purchased insurance which required us to submit the bill to the third party insurer. We received the bill and our credit card was charged. We requested a receipt which was promptly sent via email. We submitted the receipt and got reimbursed in two days. I appreciated the prompt and stress free experience. I would encourage anyone who rents to purchase damage insurance. It is a bargain compared to repair costs.

I've bought their rental car insurance through Ryanair and it was nearly half the price compared to buying directly from the rental company. I unfortunately had to make a claim, but the documentation was clear and once I submitted the requested evidence the refund was paid after 2 business days.I'm amazed how effortless all interactions with RentalCover.com were and I'll definitely use their services again.

Great Rental Excess Cover premium. Never had to use it for a claim yet, but we feel confident that we would be looked after. Always use them.- Domestic use In Australia.

Great service but it's good to have a customer service number to help customer that don't understand what the website is saying.

After going direct and also on search engines I typed in that I needed to insure a rental car from Enterprise and got right to the end of the quotes and was then listed that they wouldn't insure rental/hire cars! On Compare the market i put other and provided an in-depth reason to why i needed to insure my rental car and they still selected companies that don't provide cover. This company was a breath of fresh air and not only that but almost a third cheaper than all other quotes. Insuring was quick and simple so i would recommend this company to everyone.

1 week of car hire insurance, doing it direct was $88, via Webjet $222, it's a no brainer, do it direct. I had to claim about 10 years ago with them and they were great (accident in Italy, not my fault). Never hire a car without it.

Very good service. My full claim was covered. The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t got any contact number in Australia. Other then that all services is good.

The ease to file a claim. Definitely get insurance. I found that the rental was damaged when I returned it unbeknownst to me.
