Don’t order the wrong part and expect to return it. I ordered the wrong coving in error. I didn’t fit it immediately so it stayed in the delivery parcel for a couple of months before I discovered my error. Angelo told me that because it was longer than 30 days since I had received my order he would apply a restocking fee. My original order cost £127 (including £30 for postage) After return carriage and restocking he would return £17 to me. So a £50 “restocking fee” for 10 lengths of coving. The labour rates in this establishment must be very good. I am going to bin the items bought in error and re-order from Orac UK whose carriage costs are lower anyway. I confess I don’t see the great customer service that some others are praising.

The product quality and installation are excellent. It took only a day for installing the ceiling roses and coving to my sitting room, dinning room and studying room.
Angelo is very nice and efficient. There was 1 ceiling roses wrongly delivered to me and Angelo can arrange speedy exchange in half day so that the fitters do not need to come again another day for installation. Great job!

Excellent service. I needed a small (5m) run of bespoke coving to match existing where a small shower room had been removed from my daughters flat. Angelo produced the coving and some of his chaps fitted it, perfectly. Not only was it an excellent match and well fitted but the team were very polite and tidy when fitting. Not cheap, but exactly what was needed so better in the long run than trying to penny pinch.

Excellent shop. Product is perfect for my grade II listed property. Angelo was really helpful and got it out to me ASAP and the delivery process was brilliant. Top class all round.

Good quality cornicing delivered quickly. Slight issue that I couldn't purchase online with my card for added protection and had to do a bank transfer but other than that I could not fault the speed of service, fast response to enquiries, quick delivery and quality of product.
