I had some problems but finally I think that everything is going fall in place. I received another client order and he received my order I finally received my order last Friday April 13 witch was placed on the third of April. I was promise I would get a sticker to return the parts I received by error and so far no sticker. Thing that should be corrected is the E-mail does not have the name of the person who sent it. The only person that identified itself was a person by the name of Juli who was a great help. A pain in the A... is those icon of Facebook, Twitter ect. you have on the left side of the screen when searching for parts in your pamphlets.

Excellent service and product information. I love the email reminders and saved 'previously ordered' information that make it easy to replace parts or masks as needed. I don't buy CPAP masks anywhere else.

I found the Mississauga CPAC Clinic though a Groupon. My Sleep Clinic only offered two service providers in my area and didn't even mention that I could go to any service provider. Honesty being new I followed the "Doctors orders". One clinic that I had been referred is a" well known company"- that I have not been happy with their " quality of service". Setting up appointments and just waiting,~ hour to an hour an half past my appointment times, leaving voice messages and no follow up calls. etc.- Extremely poor customer service.
As a newbie, I wish I found the CPAC Clinic at the on set- Wow what a difference my experience was .....mind blowing - night and day from my original service provider. CPAC Clinic's Customer service is clearly their top priority. They are exceptional, they go above and beyond.These professionals, not only know their product and have an incredible display /line of numerous products but what impressed me was many of them also use CPAC machines/ masks themselves.- They actually know what they are talking about.... they walk the talk. I wasn't dealing with someone who "quasi sort of understands sleep apnea, with a goal that was to push the highest priced product if it worked for you or not- with little investment in the client". The CPAC Clinic staff want you to have the best product that works for you, regardless and will work with you until you as a client are satisfied. Imagine that and bonus they are Canadian owned and operated.
After my first experience with the CPAC Clinic I immediately cancelled my account with the other service provider and transferred everything to the CPAC Clinic and I have NO regrets.

Lack lustre staff at the Toronto location. One was so efficient and speedy that she never even said hello - just started in, assumed what I wanted, did all this work and then figured out what I wanted was different. A simple convo would have helped. The other staff member was clearly having a crap day and just kept complaining how much time everything took.

Very good service and very fast. For sure it'll be my CPAC store.
