Hey Steve, my name is Scott and I just spoke to you on the phone regarding your order. I am sorry that your item was missing. We were meant to send this from a different store but made a mistake and missed it. I have now ordered you a replacement kit and am getting that to you post haste! We are also including some additional items in the package to apologise for our error. Thank you.

Great service overall

Great service overall, particularly covering the packaging for me as requested to ensure the product, a Christmas gift, wasn't identifiable upon receipt!
