Crawfords Metal Detectors レビュー

Excellent experience as usual.

I have been buying all of my metal detectors and accessories from Crawfords for almost a decade now.

Their team, who are Metal Detectorists themselves, is always there to give unbiased advice about contemplated purchases. It is refreshing that they are not shy when it comes to anything negative about an item.

THANK YOU!

I have been metal detecting now for 52 years and for the past 19 years I have used various Minelab detectors. In my opinion they are, the best all terrain detector on the market.
However I am now considering purchasing from a different manufacturer. The reason is the poor construction of the actual body and the coil fixing brackets. They are just not strong enough to cope with use in the field. The larger coils still have the same weak fixing brackets which last no time at all.

Great experience, ordered and delivered next day. Great communication throughout.

I’ve given 5 stars to CMD as the advice and the help (as a complete beginner) I got from Alison and before I purchased anything was very much appreciated.

After playing £25 for delivery to Northern Ireland I had a real issue with the delivery by DPD as they took no responsibility for an inaccurate tracking system that resulted in a full day wasted, waiting on an item that was never delivered. I eventually had to collect the item from their depot to make sure I got it.

This was clearly not the fault of CMD but once I raised the issue with CMD it was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. No quibbling at all, just excellent customer service. My new Minelab detector is great too!

Excellent service would recammend to everyone also love there products amazing

As a newcomer to metal detecting we were able to choose the correct metal detector for our use with the help of a very knowledgeable assistant in the shop and also chose from a good range of accessories on the online shop.

I recently purchased a Vanquish 360 metal detectator from this company. I was sent out a machine that had a coil fault, I contacted crawfords and was met with a poor customer service resPonse, i was advised that they may need me to return the item, i informed them i was returning the item regardless as it was faulty and at a cost to myself of £259. I returned the machine on the 08/07/2026 having received it the day previously and they received it back on the 09/07/2026 and heres where we start. They started to say they needed a warranty manager to look at the damage. I informed them its a pity they did not do this prior to posting out. Buyers looking at using this company need to look for alteratives first, a very bad experience resulting in crawfords keeping my money and their machine i will pursue now through ebay and My bank and again BUYER BEWARE TINPOT COMPANY THAT RIP PEOPLE OFF.

great shop , quickly dispatched , excellent service for chatting to the south shop, shame its closing Thanks

Now I’ve got my new machine I’ll be using CMD again for some new accessories 😉

Smooth process during the purchase. By mistake additional order was made by me. However, within 10mins CMD called me and explained the situation. Refunds were issued promptly. Thank you Team CMD.

I had a discount code to use against my purchase which would not apply at checkout. I called customer service and the member of staff was quickly able to resolve the problem. The item arrived quickly and I was pleased to see it wasn’t overpackaged.
