I couldn't emphasise my disappointment more. To sum up Create Finance, highly impcompetent, messy, unprofessional. I dealt with Steve whom took several phone calls with me, didn't seem to have a proper panel of mortgage providers, took my details, only to decide to drop my case with absolutely no explanation and chucked my deposit back. My case really wasn't that difficult no chain with full time job. It delayed and discouraged my house purchase. I then used CLS money (who were expensive but 5 star) and got me that mortgage absolutely no issues. Create Finance were akin to multiple phone calls off a friend who kind of but doesn't really know about mortgages full of broken promises. No thank you. Martin

Quick to respond, courteous, got us a good offer. Javier and Charlotte gave gave us an excellent first time buying experience breaking down the process and offering quality advice as we went. The online portal is simple to use, letting you track the process of your application. Overall 10/10 service.

It sounds cheesy but if I could give 6 stars I would. Incredible service from Steve Arnold. Not only was my situation a difficult one that Steve managed to find a solution for but at the time, the mortgage rates shifted massively too and because our chain was delayed our original offer expired but Steve still found a solution. We were still able to buy our dream home and now we are soon to be married! Steve was dedicated, honest and didn't stop until we get the right outcome. Can't thank him enough.

Its been great working with Gindy and Lizzie. I was struggling to find a lender when refinancing a property and Gindy has managed to find one. He also found a new solicitor for me to work with saving me 50% on fees. We are now working on multiple other re financing options. Communications have been great from both Lizzie and Gindy also.

This is the second time we have used create finance to secure our mortgage and I would highly recommend their service. Karl is very informative, efficient and accommodating. He has made both experiences stress free and helped us to secure a good interest rate. On this occasion we have also had email correspondence with Katie which has also been a good experience. Katie has always been clear, helpful and quick to respond. Karl has also recommended other services to us such as life insurance and the service we have received from Rachel has been great. Serial Email Spammers, ever heard of GDPR? stop spam emailing people from illegally acquired email data lists. For a company it is surprising that you do not know that you are supposed to have authorisation from the recipient before you can legally email them! and on a bloody Sunday! what a nerve you have.

Kerry and Charlotte made the whole thing easy. I had been putting it off for ages and Kerry made me feel safe and understood.
Charlotte was patient even though I sometimes didn’t want to engage with her. Thank you both. Would definitely recommend Create.

Absolute rubbish .I would not recommend this company after they botched up a mortgage application .The actual person dealing with my mortgage application.They took £295 for the initial fee and the mortgage never transpired .Please keep away from them .Their deal was NOT very good either .

Recently purchased my first home
And found this broker online, I dealt with Leanne from start to finish (which was a long time due to delays with a new build) and she was honestly amazing.
She was very helpful and open and discussed all my options and requirements and quickly secured a mortgage for me. As the delays went on it caused issues with mortgage offers expiring etc but Leanne was always on hand to offer a word of reassurance and find a solution, which she always did. I would definitely recommend this company as they were professional and personable.
I love my new home but don’t think I would have seen the 12 month delay through without the help and support of Leanne.

Lucy has been amazing so far. Transparent, non judgemental, honest, great communicator and overall helpful. Despite not going further with my search for a mortgage until I save for a bigger deposit, create finance has been nothing but a light at the end of a tunnel. I had an excellent experience with Lucy and Lizzie. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout. Lucy was able to deal our complex set of circumstances to find us a very competitive mortgage.
