Create finance understood my mortgage needs and worked extremely fast in securing me a offer. Very happy with the service provided. They worked over and above to see me through to the end.

I have used the services of Karl from Create for nearly 10 years now, as a self employed person securing finance for me is never as straightforward as it should but since using Karl it has been much easier. I cant thank him and the team (Chloe) enough for helping me to secure my most recent remortgage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Create and have done multiple occasions to colleagues, fiends and family.

Firstly all I can say is thank you so much!! My husband and I had given up on being able to own our own home. Due to my credit history being awful. Knock backs after knock backs - to be honest I was starting to give up. We had rented our property for 11 years.
I found create finance through mortgage online. Due to my impaired credit I worked with create over a year, I would check in with them and let them know what was happening. I was assigned JENNA BOAL is she amazing, she spent time working with us, keeping us up to date with everything, I honestly felt as if she was supporting us all the way
Now we are 3 months later in our own home

Steve Arnold was the best mortgage advisor for us. He helped us last year when we were let down by a lender for something that shouldn't even have been an issue but being first time buyers we were none the wiser. Steve got us a great deal with a high street bank and now this year - he has done the same for our life insurance needs. Steve is pleasant to talk to, always friendly and available when needed - which is why he will be our broker for life now !. Thank you to the whole team at Create finance.

I needed a buy to let mortgage, and had very little time available, before an up-and-coming court hearing for a financial settlement. Aaron and Lizzie were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Even when there had been a mixup by others, I spoke to Aaron 30 minutes before the start of a 10 AM hearing. At 9:58, Aaron emailed me with the answer we needed from the mortgage company, and my barrister was able to read out Aaron’s email in court. Without this email, I fear the financial settlement would have not gone my way. Instead, the Judge looked upon me very favourably in his summing up, for which I cannot thank Create Finance enough. The service Create Finance gave me, was far beyond that which I could have expected to be included in their fees.

Nicola Jennings is the most professional efficient and friendly Broker you could wish to deal with. Nicola kept me up to date with every development and was very supportive. I would definitely recommend Create Finance

After being unable to get a mortgage with a high street lender we went online and looked to see what our options were. We were contacted by Alice from Create Finance one Saturday afternoon. We had already booked a consultation with someone else but after speaking to Alice, she immediately gave us confidence that she could help us out. We have a bad credit history and no knowledge about mortgages but speaking to Alice once put our minds at ease.
I did have a slight wobble in confidence after seeing a bad review on trustpilot and I admitted my mistrust to Alice who again, put my mind at ease. I was right to disregard it and trust Alice because today we’ve just had the news through that she’s got us our mortgage offer!!
It’s been a long road to this point as we were turned down for eligibility reasons with 3 lenders, and we started to give up hope. Alice constantly assured us and said it was her job to worry, not ours, which is difficult as we are definite worriers! She always answered any questions we had no matter how trivial which helped us learn a lot about the whole mortgage thing!
Our situation is a unique one with historical bad credit, buying from a family member, buying an ex council house, having gifted deposits make up our deposit so I really feel as though Alice worked her socks off get us the mortgage. I want people who are reading this to know that no matter how niche your financial situation is, that there is help out there and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alice.

This company is a complete disgrace.
I was recommended in March 2021 to this company by Habito. This was due to some poor credit I had in the past. The broker to who I was put on to had no enthusiasm whatsoever. I do not understand why he is doing the job he obviously does not enjoy it. I supplied him with my credit file and details and said yes he could get me a deal and duly charged me £300.00.

He then said he could get me an agreement in principle and I was chasing him as once I paid £300 it was almost impossible to contact him. After chasing him through Create finance they charged me another £650 for a survey. Long and short of it after 3 months of time-wasting after relentlessly chasing they tell me it is declined with a ridiculous excuse. This is after holding my money for three months not to mention all of the time I wasted. If they do this to each customer they are holding a lot of money. I feel this is a scam so be warned!!!! This company needs investigating by the FCA! Do not pay this company a penny until you get a mortgage offer. Or better still go elsewhere as you will save yourself a lot of time. They deliberately avoid your call and do not reply to emails appalling service.
