Vi oplever nogle forsinkelser i ordrestyring på grund af flytning og omorganisering af det nye lager. Vi er meget kede af ulejligheden og ventetiden, denne situation bringer!
I øjeblikket stoppes hans ordre midlertidigt, men vi opfordrer straks lageret til at opfylde hans ordre så hurtigt som muligt.
Så snart jeg har et svar, vil jeg være sikker på straks at opdatere dig på den forventede forsendelsesdato.

Worst customer service ever!
Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Creative Cables. Der Kundenservice ist aus meiner Sicht wirklich mangelhaft.
Ich habe mich noch vor dem Versand gemeldet, weil bei der Bestellung offensichtlich etwas nicht stimmte. Trotzdem wurde die Bestellung einfach verschickt, anstatt das Problem zu klären. Jetzt habe ich unnötig viel Kabel erhalten und bezahlt und muss die Leuchten selbst neu verdrahten.
Besonders enttäuschend war die Kommunikation mit Nancy: keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder ernsthafte Bemühung, eine vernünftige Lösung zu finden.
Schöne Produkte – aber nach dieser Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice würde ich dort leider nicht noch einmal bestellen.
**Update:** Nachdem ich meine ursprüngliche Bewertung veröffentlicht hatte, hat sich Silvia, die Leiterin des Kundenservice, persönlich bei mir gemeldet und den gesamten Fall noch einmal geprüft.
Sie hat eine sehr faire und kundenorientierte Lösung angeboten: Die zu viel gelieferten Kabelmeter werden erstattet und auch die defekte Glühbirne wird selbstverständlich ersetzt.
Genau diese Art der Kommunikation und Lösungsorientierung hätte ich mir von Anfang an gewünscht. Mein ursprünglicher Ärger über den bisherigen Kundenservice bleibt daher nachvollziehbar, aber genauso möchte ich hier festhalten, wenn ein Unternehmen anschließend gut reagiert und Verantwortung übernimmt.
Vielen Dank an Silvia für die persönliche und unkomplizierte Klärung. So kann ich die Angelegenheit für mich positiv abschließen.

We would like to clarify that for each product we always include images that show exactly what is included. The same information is also clearly detailed in the product description, along with the relevant measurements.
In your specific case, since you purchased the ceiling rose kit, the cable is not included and is not mentioned in the listing. If it had been included, the description would have specified the color code, the type (2x0.75mm or 3x0.75mm), and the length.

Great products and amazing customer service
Great products and amazing customer service.
I was already familiar with their products, so I felt very confident with my recent purchase.
This time, there were delivery issues due to UPS, but Creative Cables’ customer service was impeccable in both tone and action. They personally chased the courier, kept me well informed throughout the process, and promptly sent replacement items at no cost. What could have been a stressful situation was completely hassle-free.

Naast dat de lampen top zijn is de klantenservice geweldig! Ik had 3 cadeaubonnen waarvan de vervaldatum er aan zat te komen binnen 2 dagen. Toen ik de bonnen wou gebruiken kreeg ik een fout melding maar dat hebben ze binnen één dag weten op te lossen, na een fijn telefoongesprek en goede mail communicatie met heel veel begrip voor onze situatie, hebben ze het perfect opgelost, ook kregen we de tijd om onze aankopen te doen, ondanks dat we zelf lang hadden gewacht met het gebruik maken van bonnen, gaven ze ons het geduld en de tijd, wat ik ontzettend waardeer, nogmaals super bedankt en in het bijzonder super bedankt Fleur!
