Great after service support
Great after service support. I have flagged an incongruency in the displaying of a product claim which leaded to a false rappresentation of the product I bought. This was handled rapidly and in a very pleasant way. I am more than impressed by the company values and attitude! Thanks

Hello Curt,
Thank you for your review and for choosing us.
We understand how inconvenient it can be when a parcel doesn’t arrive directly at your home. Please note that UPS standard procedure is to redirect to a drop-off point after a failed delivery attempt, which may have been the case here.
If you ever need help tracking or managing a delivery, you can always reach us through the contact information on our website and we’ll be glad to assist.

incorrect placement of switch
I liked the quality of materials. I am not satisfied with placement of the switch. I ordered lamp with switch located 0,4 m from bulb and i recieved lamp with switch located in the middle of 2,5 m cable.
