Hi Andrzej,
Thank you for your review.
We’ve already reached out to you directly to discuss the issues you experienced and assist you further.
Please know that if you ever encounter any problems, contacting us via our customer service channels is always the quickest and most efficient way to receive support, as reviews are monitored less frequently.
Regarding the sockets: they do not open by default due to a built-in safety lock, which is standard for these fittings. My colleague has already sent you a video demonstrating how to unlock them properly—this video is also available on our YouTube channel under our assembly guides.
We’re always here to help, so feel free to get in touch anytime you need assistance.
Best regards,
