Everest whom I have previously written a review on went into liquidation. Credit Style whom I have never heard of,seems to have been given the responsibility to try and collect drain, milk as much money from Everest customers as much possible without looking into actual situations. Furthermore Creditstyle Ltd its customer support, clearly located abroad is terrible, rude and lack human empathy. They should be renamed Sharks as their new name! Customer support is virtually none! I am representing my parents and I am livid beyond words. I tried calling Credit style three times through several days, twice left my number to be called back. Finally on my third call on the third day, some guy finally returned my call, clearly he had a prepared speech and was more eager for me to stop talking and for me to let him tell me to pay up!!!! The fact is that it is not that straight forward. I am a cancer patient trying to help my parents due to the incompetence of Everest now Anglian windows, both do not wish to take any responsibility. My parents are left with damaged curtain rails and damaged windows which they had agreed to sort out and collect. These were due to be investigated by Lisa at Everest and as they have gone into administration what I can only call Sharks.. Creditstyle with no style or empathy, have taken over to try and squeeze as much money as possible from their customers now that Everest has been taken over by Anglian homes and have gone into administration to avoid paying taxes!!!!! There must be some consumer support, consumer rights that we can appeal to to stop and have these companies investigated and stop putting unnecessary stress on the vulnerable and the elderly.

My experience of dealing with Credit Style has been an excellent one. I have been dealing with Leanne who has been extremely helpful, polite & professional. I now have an affordable arrangement in place to clear my debt.

Having spent since early November 2022 trying to get Everest 2020 to resolve and undo all of the damage caused on my property this agency has gone for an immediate enforcement threat after Ashi Group Ltd acquired Everests assets. I was promised at least the balancing payment back and expected a rebate after they finally resolved the works. No attempt by any party has been made to understand the circumstances. Instead threats on a Friday after work to worry people into paying. I am not impressed at their approach. Their website does not work so it seems they want a call rather than things in writing. (Ref 3431097). Both emails on the FCA website do not work including the complaints email.

Dealt with Aiden, recieved great support due to EON Next not informing them of our current investigation with Energy Ombudsman. Aiden understood our current complaint with them and closed their case with us.
Great service from them and he was incredibly understanding! Thank you!

Thought my review on 27th March said it all about this "bonafide" organisation said enough and was somewhat optimistic when they responded with

However, short lived and only supported my original review on how this lot have no regard for genuine and incorrect bullying pursuance of people who have done nothing wrong by the fact that I contacted them as requested with the details and information they requested to get not only NO REPSONSE as they asked for to ( in their own words) assist me further, but, then receive a letter from another parasite organisation DCBL (Debt Collection Bailiffs Ltd) LOOKING FOR DEBT RECOVERY! This threatening letter claiming it was now with Bailiffs (I'm in Scotland where they do not have Bailiffs!) In their words looking to recover the parking charge notice! Further stating in their own writing
" Liability for this charge in Scotland & Northern Ireland, The DRIVER of the vehicle on the date and time of this parking charge being issued is responsible for payment"! How many times through ALL of these quango organisations can you inform them, which I have, that I was not the driver as I was not in the city that day, which my employer can evidence.

They pay NO ATTENTION to your reply and evidence and simply continue to pursue innocent individuals for parking offences they were not responsible for.

Now been advised to contact the Information commissionaire to report them all for passing and sharing my personal information when I had no part in the original alleged offence and have repeatedly informed them of this and produced the evidence to support this.

Also to contact DVLA with a FOI to ask when they gave their express permission for the original organisation UK Parking Control Ltd to transfer the debt to another company. They haven't contacted me to inform me of this either!

If they want to waste their time and money going to court with this, good luck, as I have absolute and conclusive evidence to confirm that I was not the driver by citing my employer. That said, it shows how fickle these organisations are relying on bully threatening tactics to extort money from innocent people instead of taking into account explanations and evidence.

Time the government got a hold of these crooks.

Where to begin for the last couple of months I have been receiving texts and phone calls from this company. , my previous landlord Clarion Housing chasing me for money. I moved out of their property a year ago and my rent was up to date this is Clarion being spiteful towards me and passing my name to a debt collector is not professional conduct. I am so angry with Clarion I am no longer their tenant. And now this company is harassing me which I have blocked I do not owe anything THEY ARE SCAMMERS CAUSING DISTRESS TO PEOPLE SICKING CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN.

Throughout the whole process everybody I had contact with were both understanding and professional. Can’t praise this company highly enough.

Agents are the rudest staff employed!

If you have no manners and don't care for being human on the phone then working for these cowboys is your go-to for employment.

Doing the dirty work of other companies and with a toxic attitude tops the cake. Seriously hope this business goes under as the daily harassment of being called every day is just alarming. Given the lack of any care for the people they harass! I have no words for the way they simply argue with you on the phone and when they get a taste of their own medicine, only have 1 thing to do and that's hang up.

Keep a close ear out for Aaliyah, she literally is a liar and hung up when she didn't get her own way... I've already emailed this company and asked for a copy of the call to forward to the business that has chosen to offer this disgusting service.

To add insult no matter what actions you take to rectify any problems they will continue to harass you and even tell you that they don't care and they will proceed regardless. Says a lot about a company when its employees act this way.... lovely work Credit Style.

Scam company operating for scam private car parking fine company to scare people into paying

I have an Experian credit score of 999 Excellent but have just been refused a mortgage because there is apparently a CCJ against my name for a parking fine from 2019 that CST Law (part of Credit Style Limited) have only written to my old address about.

I have tried calling twice only to be on hold for 15 minutes each time before an answer machine clicks in which I really don't hold out much hope for. I have tried to submit an enquiry via the website but it doesn't recognise the CST reference number from the court documents I've obtained so I am told instead to call the number that no one is answering.

If you are going to be in the business of impacting severely on people's lives and wellbeing, at least make it possible for those people to contact you. I wholly disagree with the outstanding sum on the CCJ but I will pay it if it means settlement so I can get a mortgage and my house purchase doesn't fall through, but I can't do that if you are uncontactable! Please, please do not reply to this telling me to ring the number I already have.

I keep getting calls from them and then I get placed on hold and nobody comes on the line. I have not had any letters from them.

Hello, I received a parking fine of £100 while waiting for a job interview. I offered to pay it off £25 per month, hoping to get the job. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job and could only make the first payment. I still owed £75. Later, I started receiving letters from CST, demanding that I pay the full £100, but I said would only pay the £75 I owed. They ignored my offer. Months later, I received another letter saying that I owed £100. I offered to pay £75, but they ignored me again. Then, I received a letter from the court saying that I owed £100 plus £115 for court fees. I still insisted on paying only the £75 I owed, but now I've received a letter demanding that I pay £215 (£75 + £140 court fees).

I am now considering taking legal action against them for harassment and discrimination based on my dyslexia. They refused to contact me via email, which made it harder for me to communicate with them.

Being threatened over legal action for someone else who was driving my car I lease out for the passed 18 months.

Explained will move the liability over and give full details but no no no its gotta stay in my name which is pure lies.

I did try and sort out but sending a fake name pretending that your a solicitors firm when your nowmt is just pure criminal

Called CSTLaw to try and resolve a matter, after they have repeatedly texted me saying I owe money. Turns out I do not, as the account isn't mine. However it was impossible to get them to remove my number from their system, as I can't pass security as this isn't my debt. Having repeatedly asked them to remove my details as per GDPR, they refused to and hung up the line on me.
