It is impossible to get hold of any assistance, the live chat is only a bot and they have not answered any of my messages.
As a seller they take 3 months to pay into your account (if at all). I checked my account in February and found there were missing payments dating back 5 months. So if you are a seller and reading this I would advise to keep a very close eye on payments.

Quickly sorted out my issue, with prompt communication when they needed to get further information.

Easy integration. Leticia Pelizari made it very easy for us.

The quick response time and great customer service! I clicked the link for chat support and at first I received automated responses regarding my issue so I decided to schedule a call. Then, I received a chat & email notification from Fassal, who not only was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner but went above and beyond to make sure that my issues were handled to my satisfaction, all of my questions were being addressed, and even contacted another dept. to make them aware of my next steps. I was a little concerned about not being able to get in touch with a customer service rep. because I've used other wholesale markets & they usually take up to 48hrs to respond. But Creoate exceeded my expectations regarding customer service. Thank you!!

I just received my first wholesale order on the Creoate platform and was having trouble entering the harmonized system code. I contacted customer service and thanks to Fassal I was able to get the problem resolved. He was knowledgeable and professional and I appreciated having a real person help me out.

Compared to Faire, Creoate is a bit clunky, and less customer-service friendly (it took a while for me to figure out how to get past the useless chat bot). But I did appreciate that there was an opportunity to talk to a real human eventually.

I've had help from Fassal twice now and both time they were super helpful in explaining how the site works. I've had 4 of my 5 orders arrive with the 5th about to arrive and the goods have all been of excellent quality.

Platform offering wide choice of wholesalers and some good deals.
Needs improvement in regards to
- communication (brands we order from disappearing from a day to another without warning)
- ease of navigating their website (very slow and difficult to surf)
- customer service (no possibility to be joined over the phone when needed, chat isn't enough when you're dealing with professionals!).
Response from Fassal today over the chat was satisfactory.
