Great customer service!!
Great customer service!!! My method of communication was via Chat through the website. Fassal was my specialist assigned to me. I was in need of of a delayed shipping label. My creoate specialist was able to make that happen. I really appreciated his knowledge and troubleshooting. He told me what was the issue and resolved it very quickly. He said he'd get back to me by the next day but withing 30 minutes, I got my shipping label. I hope I get him again for any future issues.

Please be aware
The face I was waiting 10 weeks for items to be sent, I placed an order and on rhe same order was 2 orders from separate vendors, I received part of the order (from 1 vendor) but was charged for items I hadn't received, I got in contact and explained woth evidence from said vendor and am now facing bailiff action on items I haven't received

Forgot I had signed up until and order came through - they even made sure to chase me in the most lovely of ways in order to let me know I had an order. We can confirm that no action has been taken to remove your review - TrustPilot takes reviews very seriously and specifically makes it a point to not allow removal of reviews so voices can be heard.
Upon investigation of your case, we can see that you started a conversation on live chat on the 11th of December and an agent responded to your message within 60 seconds. Within 30 minutes, we had listened to your request, flagged to our Debtors team and the communication you requested was sent to you thus resolving the matter.
We do not make the decision to take legal action lightly - several attempts and steps are made first. We communicated these steps to help settle this matter and avoid escalation but you had failed to respond by the necessary deadline nor did you stick to your payment plan that you agreed upon.
At this time we have provided you with the necessary information you requested and there is nothing more we can do.

false promises and lied to 2x still not made right and being ignored
Ive been ordering from Creoate for 6 m my first order i qualified for a 50 item plus mystery box, after 3 m i finally recieve a 3 item mystery box and of course i am upset and contact them because that is a far cry from 50 plus and nothing like the awsome 50 item mystery boxes that people post on youtube, so i contact customer service and am told that if i dont appericate the 3 items donate them and refused to send the mystery box i placed the larger order and qualified for even with the proof from the email i receieved before and after the order saying i qualified for the box so after talking to Hayder he promised a new box which i recieved of return items damaged and from the return center a far cry from the 50 plus items of creoates best and now im being ignored and no one cares the have false advertised and made false promises. If your not willing to give them dont promise and advertise them the value on my mystery box was supposed to bew $1287 dollars and i never got over $100 between both ive been lied to degraded and ive spent $6000 in the last 6 months and that shows i need to not be loyal to a company unwilling to prove they appericate it and make false claims to get large orders.

Car le non respect de la politesse ni la demande dun responsable en francais ne ma etait accordé.
Ben quand on coupe un chat, uand tu donne des explication et ui se coupe par vos soins on s y prend a plusieurs fois sans avoir une reponse precise.
un client professionnel n'est pas client particulier on perd beacoup de temps j ai prit beaucoup de temps pour vous expliquer des améliorations sur votre site.

We are sorry to hear of your frustration and that you were not satisfied with your items or your experience.
To summarize the issue so far, you were unhappy with the items you received so contacted the seller directly to agree to a return of the items (rather than using our return service and guidance). The reported issue was made on 27th November, a return agreed with the seller and you have received the details for the courier pickup - although as of writing there has not been any movement on the collection of the items.
Once the items are returned to the seller as agreed, you will be refunded for the items in line with the normal policy. This policy and procedure is in place to ensure everything is done fairly and accurately for both parties - as the seller will be out of pocket if goods are not received.
Please note that over a 5 day period, you have initiated 30 conversations through our support chat whereby you have been told the same message. Opening new conversations before others are resolved adds additional complications and delays to your resolution and other customers.
In the future, please be mindful of the process and be respectful to our team. We are always happy to support and review our processes, but may be forced to take action if our team is being treated unreasonably.
