Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on cruises.Joy especially has vast experience on cruise ships, types of cabins ,where you are travelling from and to, best price guarantee .
Talk you though what you are getting type of cabin, deposits to pay ,final payments .paperwork you need especially check your passport date is valid boarding passes for the ship.also she would like to know you have enjoyed your cruise afterwards

Just booked a cruise with Sarah at Cruise Circle. The itinerary is a bit of a dream of our starting with a stay in Venice. Sarah made the whole booking experience a pleasure. We're experienced cruisers but needed a bit of guidance with this one due to wanting to fly from our home city in the north of Scotland. Sarah not only made this possible for us but arranged pick ups at the airport and a transfer from our hotel to the port. Very impressed. Our first time booking with Cruise Circle and the process has been great. Thank you Sarah.

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO
JOY
I can't thank you enough for what you have done for us today. You have stuck with us since April giving quotes waiting for air lines times and prices to come in.You at one point got the times we wished for. Then they cancelled on you. But you came back fighting and got a cheaper price.
Your service is fantastic. You do a five star service. You always give value for money. You kept in touch by email and phone made sure I didn't miss you.
All the girls at cruise circle do an excellent job at what they do making the customers happy.
We always recommend CRUISE CIRCLE to everyone who say they want to go on a cruise. Don't book with anyone else they are the best.
Once again JOY THANK YOU

Nikola was great. She got me a great deal.

Just booked an excellent cruise deal with this company. Joy and Linda quickly responded to my questions and emails. Totally supportive. Will definitely book through this company again

Joy helped our family on this occasion. This is our third time working with Cruise Circle. On each occasion we have found them very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. With three generations travelling together, it was tricky to figure out what would work best for us in terms of cruise lines as well as ships. The cost of cruising has really gone up, so we wanted to be sure we chose well. Joy was always willing to fulfil each of our requests for quotes and with her years of experience could give us valuable information about the cruise lines. She was always pleasant and friendly on the phone, and she tried to understand our family's needs. She also has an excellent memory - for example, she could remember our holiday dates and other commitments to work out which cruises would fit our availability. It was a pleasure to work with her.

No reply for a quote. Nothing but spam.

Roberta at Cruise Circle provided us with excellent advice and service. She was very thorough, patient and a pleasure to deal with.

All to often companies expect reviews for just completing a contract. I am a firm believer reviews should be for an exceptional experience be it good or bad. The ezxeptionally good are few and far between but this is not the case with Cruise Circle.
Joy is an absolute pleasure to deal with so helpful and supportive with our planning process.
The admin team (a big shout out to Kelly) are always on hand and this was proven with our recent Japan trip.
Whenever we are planning an odd ball trip this is our fist point of call. Thank you to the whole team.

Dont bother - good price but not able to deliver, took nearly half an hour to be told just before I was going to pay over 10K for a cruise ‘that I might get moved to a different cabin!!”
I dont think so CC -I booked with Southampton Cruise centre with a couple of quid difference and someone who was actually in an office an not on the end of a ‘burner’ phone like this mob. In a word sh**

Linda was very helpful and pleasant through the whole booking process. Got us the best deal she could.

I have just booked a further cruise to the far east with Joy at cruise Circle. As always she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when booking the flights/cruise and hotels. I would definitely recommend Cruise Circle. Thank you Joy

Nicola at Cruise Circle was a star today helping with the booking of cruise for 2025, she has been a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s our first time with CC very impressed so far.

Fantastic customer service by Kelly, Jodie & Angela. Great advice and the very helpful Emma Browne helped me choose Cruise Circle once again. They have helped me in every aspect of transferring a cruise and also they are friendly, happy and I have always had a great outcome with them, not to mention a superb holiday too at their recommendation.

Such helpful customer service fron Nicola at Cruise Circle made booking our special cuise for our diamond wedding anniversary so easy and trouble free.

Just asked cruise circle about any update on our trip in just over 4 weeks fully paid then get an email saying our tickets could be delayed if said info is not sent they have just sent it after i asked what would happen had i not asked not impressed

Always excellent service when booking with Cruise Circle. Emma booked our 2026 cruise. She had so much knowledge and as there was specific requirements we required she was more than willing to assist in helping. One of The main reasons I book with this company - they are always willing to help and they answer the phone unlike some companies who keep people on the line waiting for someone to answer

Roberta is the best.
I just booked our 3rd cruise with Roberta. She is patient, knowledgeable and very helpful.
She gives great advice and I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Lovely company, used them to book a cruise around The Bahamas and very helpful. On hand to answer any questions and when they said they would call back, they did! Thank you so much ❤️
