Quality and Customer Service
I lost an earring from my pair and the team was so helpful in offering me a discount for my repurchase. I wear these earrings 24/7 and they’re so shiny and sparkly after months and months!

Beautifully made. Reasonable price for a quality piece.
I’m so glad I found this company. The nose hoop I ordered was exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately, it was too small. I will be ordering a bigger size!

Nice jewelery
Nice jewelery, unfortunately one of the huggie hoops doesn’t latch shut very securely, fell out several times and I have now lost it, so a waste of money .
As I said, due to the poor quality I’ve now lost it as it fell out so can’t return it to be fixed lol

Thank you for your honest feedback Jodie, I would love to help with getting a replacement for your huggie hoop if it's not clicking shut. Sterling Silver is very soft so it can often bend out of place but we can show you how to adjust it so it clicks securely again if this happens in future 🤗 please just drop us an email and we'll have a replacement sorted ❤️
Love!
I have two pieces of jewellery, both are comfortable and look just as good as the day I got them!
