Amazing experience. I went into Crystal to purchase a car a while back now. The staff were immediately very helpful and the atmosphere was phenomenally friendly. I was incredibly impressed by how in detail the staff were about the car and having taken a beautiful Audi out for a test drive I was sold immediately. The car ran wonderfully and was in amazing condition. I purchased the car around 2 months ago now and I have recently had a call from a lovely lady named Louise. She called to check on the Audis condition and ask for any questions or concerns. Not one problem with the car and it’s running fantastically. So happy with my purchase and the staff have made me feel so secure in my purchase and looked after. Big thank you to all of the staff at Crystal Motors!! 100% would recommend to anyone interested. Beautiful cars at a great price!

Well finally got my car sorted threw financial ombudsman took me a long time as I have put a review on about this company before how sad iam hear again problems right from there start wouldn’t even pick my car up for repair finance company done it for me and took it to there garage for three weeks weeks no courtesy car car nothing off them finance got car brought back to me after crystal motors said there was no issues so I had too dionostics done on car myself which they totally ignored when I pick car up I didn’t have much time too check it over just enough deisal to get too a garage car hadn’t even been cleaned inside or out no service done on it how bad can you get I’ve rea a couple off reviews on crystal motors which I should have done before I purchased car if I did no way I would have bought car from them please if you read this stay clear or take vehicle for test drive get Macanic too do a dionostics on it before you buy .So after all lies and hassle I decide to go to financial ombudsman who helped me out finance got car inspected it was full of vaults but crystal motors said there wasn’t any after I’d sent them too reports at my expense 😂 how bad of a car dealer can you get instead of just sorting problem now they have car back iam so delighted with out come and louise are you that low you said I was nasty on phone to you don’t think so because you wouldn’t return calls bad bad bad company stay clear out of 10 I wouldn’t give them 0 so happy days for for me not you karma comes around if any one would like more information I’d gladly give it .She will most probably reply with load of lies .😂😂😂lier I won case against your company

I bought a Jaguar XE R-Sport from Crystal's which after a week or so a few issues came up. The coolant needed re gassing, Crystals paid for this to be done. A warning came up for brake pads to be changed, Crystal's paid for this to be done. The exhaust had a slight rattle sound, Crystals did a 196 mile round journey to collect the car, fixed the exhaust fault, washed the car added more fuel to the car and had it returned the next day. Although a few problems with the car came up, it's good to know they will look after you and you can trust them to fix the issues. I will be buying from them again.

Purchased CX5 from Adrian and purchased pre purchase inspection

After reviewing paying deposit was able to investigate car service history which revealed only 1 service done in the last few years, didn't want to proceed with purchase any despite promising multiple times to refund my deposit (finance person was ill, the refund had to be ok'd by the board of directors) never received payment

AVOID!

Every car was ready on time and their valeting team provided me with an immaculate car inside and out. Sourced my 2017 T8 XC90 in August this year, 71k miles and a great spec for a VERY reasonable price. There was no pressure sales, no pressure on up selling finance as I was a cash buyer, no intense warranty offers either although I did extend to 12 months for my own peace of mind.

I put my deposit down over the phone had 101 photos sent to me and then after viewing in person they had a few scuffs scratches and dints repaired at their expense.

I also had the car delivered to me and hour up the M1

Had a couple of teething issues when I got it home due to a block sunroof drain and a blown fuse for the 12v port but both these I got sorted for less than £4, however there was a full offer of a courtesy car and for them to collect and sort at their expense.

I want to kindly thank Adrian, our salesman, for being available by phone even on his days off.

As well as we came during that heatwave and they have an amazing cooled seating area/office space that we fed our baby in.

Unfortunately I had the complete opposite experience compared to the vast majority of reviews here, and I don't understand why. I purchased a car from here in June 2025.
On the drive home from purchasing the car, it became apparent a rear caliper was sticking. Despite me telling them this, they insisted on getting a quote from a garage. I got one from Kwik Fit and Ford. Both highlighted the fact that both rear brakes were missing fitting/release kits. This was worrying given that they put the car through an MOT and it wasn't flagged. They then decided to fix it themselves. Car was collected and made ready the next day, however I had to collect it from them as their driver was away for 2 weeks. They agreed they'd refund my fuel cost (about 100 miles away). Weeks go by with nothing but excuses. First it was with their payment team. Followed by a cheque is in the post. Bear in mind, it takes seconds to do a bank transfer! To make things worse, their mechanic damaged the wheel when taking it off. Luckily I had proof as I had a video of the vehicle before it was collected by them. Louise gave excuses they the mechanic probably thought it was their personal vehicle so was being careless. This makes it even worse! Looking at the damage, the mechanic clearly used a socket that was too big for the hole. Louise was very defensive until I produced images/video of the car before collection. Once she realised I had proof the wheel wasn't damaged by me, she agreed to cover the cost to repair, but only after I had paid to fix it myself.
The car was also missing a load cover but they said they'd source one and send it in the post (written into the sales contract). Weeks and months go by and all I got were excuses. Louise cannot keep promises. I kept being told the following week. After losing faith with Louise's empty promises, I filed a claim with my credit card company via Section 75 and received costs for a new load cover, fuel and train ticket. Thankfully, all email coms clearly showed them to be at fault so it was an easy process. The crazy thing is, all they had to do was process a refund for these parts. The load cover can is easily available online but Louise insisted her parts team had ordered it. Instead Louise didn't do anything and it ended up costing them more than it needed to via a claim.
PLEASE insist on paying part on credit card so you have consumer protection. I have read many reviews claiming they resolved issues no problem after purchase, I really don't understand why they had issues with me. Given the sour experience with them, it has tainted the car so will be moving it on soon.
Should Louise claim any of this is false, I'll happily update this review with email proof

Sold my car to Crystal Motor Company through Motorway. Crystal MC were highly efficient from start to finish and provided constant updates and communication. The handover was excellent and very polite, clear information on what would happen next with the log book, finance pay off and money into bank account -
It took 3 days from initiation to car being picked up.
