I have had to contact CSM Property recently about a number of things that were beyond their control but they were always able to help and the service was superb. A special mention should go to Laura Poots who seemed to go above and beyond each and every time, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great company, easy to deal with. Anything they are asked to do , they proceeded in a very professional and friendly way. All the staff are very easy to approach and are excellent in their approach to dealing with anything that has to do with the company. Could not recommend them highly enough.

I am laughing at all the fake reviews clearly written by employees. Company is a shambles, can’t reply to emails, charge for nothing, cut the grass about twice a year and charge residents £30 a quarter for it and THEN just send random bills to balance previous years. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE if they are the management company of the development.

As a Director I feel reassured that CSM has a very detailed health and safety regime in place. It ensures that everything that needs to get checked does get checked in a timely fashion.

Super professional and dependable outfit. Never had to wait more than an hour for a call back, and in emergencies, they're calm and efficient. They just feel like a safe pair of hands, which is getting rare these days. Happy to recommend Lisa and her team to anyone.

We have a very difficult resident in our development. CSM have tackled the issue head on and resolved some difficult situations.

I've used two or three Block Management Companies and CSM are by far the best in my opinion. There level of professionalism is street ahead.

I love the convenience of paying by Direct Debit. The portal enables me to see where I am with payments and is really useful.
