Our experience was great. From the conversation with Katie to the install with Hardeep my wife and i found the system to meet all our needs. We have found the system to be user friendly. We are very glad we made the decision to move to Canadian Security Professionals.

I’ve been with CSP for over 10 years now, and they’ve always taken good care of me. Anytime I needed help or had a question, they were quick to respond and super easy to deal with. The system works great and I’ve never had any issues. Definitely recommend them — solid company

Amazing company. Dealing with them for 15 years and still going. Best management and best customer service.

The good:
Sales process was good.
Follow up for insurance docs was easy.
The app is great.
The console has one-touch arming.

The not so good:
The sensors are too sensitive. Had 2 techs come back to re-install. They wanted to drill new holes in my wall without repatching the existing drilled holes.

Overall good so far - I've had it for about 6 months.

From the moment I spoke with Katie she was amazing and extremely informative. The installer was exceptional and the company continues to impress us with their ability to help in any way they can . I highly recommend using this company.

Just had Hardeep Saini install our new security system. He was very thorough in his explanation of the keypad and sensors. He installed the entire system including a few extra components within an hour. I'd be happy to have him back again. Our sales rep Anas was also very knowledgeable and set my mind at ease after a terrible experience with API after there recent takeover of Bell home security. Thank you CSP

We dropped into the office without an appointment and totally unannounced—we were welcomed right away. Chelsee asked how she could help us. We explained I was looking for a security system for my home. Chelsee clearly outlined the options and costs and the rest is history. The security system was installed in my home within a week or so and I couldn’t be happier. The technician was excellent. He was professional, patient and he obviously cared about his job. I would highly recommend Canadian Security Professionals.

Awful awful experience!!!! Never ever sign this contract. Worst decision I’ve ever made. They won’t let out of it either and I’m a single mom with low income. Made a huge mistake by getting into this contract.

Be careful with the alarm company Canadian Security Professionals!
After 28 years of alarm services at our office from the respectable but expensive Chubb, I found this Canadian Security Professionals on the Internet. Their account manager named Katie promised me a lot of attractive things by email. However, when I received the draft contract, I saw that some points in it did not fully correspond to her promises. I asked to include in the contract everything she promised me in emails. She refused, but at the same time stated that I can use her e-letters as confirmation of her promises. But, I always carefully read the small print. And I saw that section 14 of their standard contract says that any promise, representation, condition or warranty made by sales representatives or consultant of Canadian Security Professionals are not valid if they are not written in the contract. In other words, their consultants can promise you anything in a conversation or even in correspondence. This has no legal significance.
I made a last attempt to resolve this incorrect situation. I asked Katie to connect me with the owner of the business. But she refused to do this too.
I thank God that he did not let me sign an alarm contract with these people.

I was with ADT who were taken over by Telus. I needed a new system as mine was 15 years old. Was not impressed with Telus and went to CSP and was treated with care & consideration. They helped me understand what I would need and where it should be placed and what everything cost. The base package was free but I wanted an additional item. The installer was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the base unit. It is very user-friendly, any time I've had questions they've been answered within 24 hours, and the unit has functioned beautifully for 6 months so far. I delayed writing a review because I wanted to see what happened over time. Five stars for system, usability, and service and support.

Great customer service, Patrick was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked, had to have them come back as I had some connectivity issues, but they responded very quick and have zero issues right now. Great company, highly recommend.
